What da hell Salt was thinking when she hooked Pepa up wit dat corny dude? :emlaugh: He was sooooo not her type. :shame:
 
I watched it last night and Salt is irking the heyal out of me and Pepa is just a ding-bat. At least that's how the show is portraying them.

Salt seems real judgemental.

O, Salt has had a life changing experience and she sees it's better then the life she grew up with. All she want is for Pep to experience what she is experiencing, not because she has to be holier than thou, but because she want it for her friend as well. She is just like many other Christians around the world always going about it in the wrong manner. That's all. I feel where she is coming from.

In Blu's personal opinion Pep needs to mature anyway...you how old and still think some of things you do and say are cute? Sorry, can't get with that...guess I'm being too judgemental in that case. :rolleyes:

Some of us on this board are born-again Christians and KNOW the goodness of Jesus, but we don't come off as judgmental.
If Pep doesn't want to grow up, that's on Pep. What Salt needs to do is take it to God in prayer, rather discussing it with her prayer partners and husband all the time. Is that 'gon be somewhere in the show--- where Salt is praying for Pep. 'Cause right now, it just looks like she's a little judgmental and self-righteous--- not a lot but enough to notice.

A good way to impact the life of someone you're hoping to see change is to just walk the life you're talking about-- rather than you being the one trying to make the change.

The bytch is judgemental...period. She feels like her schitt don't stank cuz she's saved. Who's to say her husband ain't cheatin' on her? Just cuz he's not a thug w/gold teeth in his mouth, doesn't automatically mean he's GOD. She needs to get a grip...Pep is probably closer to GOD than she thinks. Folks have to live their lives for themselves. You can't force your beliefs and/or lifestyle on others. You pray for them and allow GOD to change them.

Bottom line, Salt needs to sit her ass down somewhere and that's Warndalyn's opinion.

But since you mentioned "gold teeth" I thought it was hilarious when Salt specifically said "No Gold Teeth". Even the professional matchmaker was looking at Salt like she was crazy.

I think he's just not saying anything b/c of the show and it's HER show.

I just feel like Salt doesn't even give Pepa a chance to be "herself". it's like, automatically off top, pepa's way is wrong.
Then again, Pepa acts like she can't make a dang-on decision.
