Nah Boom, I didn't. Beans is in denial. LOL. His Falcons are a good team, but they are really rolling the dice hard on this one. I am sure you Saints fans are lol @ them right now.

ya know dem teams with no rings a lil sensitive

JR, kendrick
Yall must have watched the FALCONS games on a weekly basis. Not just the highlights, but watched their games

No other way yall could be so emphatic about this.

Actually I watched them a lot last year because I like some of the players yall got and I actually like Arthur Blank as an owner. However, I just don't agree with the way they acquired Julio. Again nothing against him. I just saw other Falcon needs during the games I watched that could have been addressed with the draft picks. WR was not your most pressing need. Nothing more and nothing less. I expect Jones to produce and do well. But he will not be the player to get you over the hump in the playoffs. Unless yall get a relentless pass rush and your LBs and DBs improve. I don't see Atlanta wrecking the NFC next season.

you suggested the Falcons "mortgaged the future" with this move. As to suggest a few lower round picks are sure fire HOFers.

Yes, I said the Falcons mortgaged their future with this move (a lot of your fellow Falcons fans feel the same way as well). But never did I suggest those draft picks the Falcons traded away would be HOF players. You putting words on my computer screen with that one.

And truth be told, u didn't see us doing what we did last year before that year either.

so, the players who have NOT been selected by ANY other team by the 27th pick, the 59th pick, and the 124th pick would have helped us "get over the hump in the playoffs"?

I didn't see 13-3. But I did know yall would push the Saints for the division. I never jumped into all that Saints vs Falcons banter on the board. The team I didn't realize that would improve that much in your division was the Tampa Bay Bucs. Better keep an eye on them. Schedule will be harder for them this year, but they got some nice players to build that team around.

Other than those players, what else did the FALCONS give up?

A potential game changer at WR or somebody who may or may not even make the team.

and congrats to defending no rings against the packers. that L will go good in you empty ring case.

The same Packers that won the Superbowl?

Yeah, we are taking notice to just how dumb Atlanta's front office is...lmao

I'm glad my Saints are past them dumb days... I remember we did that crap with Rickie Williams..smh

They would have provided good depth. And yes they would have a better chance because it would have been more than one player contributing. If you drafted correctly. Didn't it help the Packers? Didn't help the Steelers? Didn't it help the Pats or even the Colts when they have had to inject a young player they drafted. Again you know better than this MH. The Texans have probably the best WR in the game in Andre Johnson. Adding another beast of a WR will not solve their issues on the other side of the ball, or their coaching which is another matter. Same happened for the Cards when they went to the SB. They had all kinds offensive firepower.........defense killed them. So like I said, I thought the Falcons had more pressing needs on the other side of the ball. We can agree to disagree. Yall will find out when the season gets underway.

ummm the FALCONS have 6 picks left in the draft. And by what yall have posted, no doubt these lower round picks mean EVERYTHING.

You are right Beans, I aint going to see yall........and neither will the Super Bowl. Just hope Mike Vick don't come down there and set that place on fire when yall play them this year in the ATL. LOL
