The Last Dance


I think if you watch this series and the documentary on the Nike Air Jordan's (I think it's called One Man and His Shoes) you can see how MJ transformed the NBA into an what it is today. Watched a documentary about Dr. J a while back. Seems the NBA was really struggling before guys like him came along. So, MJ may not be the best, but based on what he's done for the NBA, I'd say you'd have to give him the title of the greatest.

He dislike the person and not the player. No one is perfect! Why is it OK to put Isaiah Thomas, Horace Grant, Scottie Pippen in a bad light in the film and no one say hate, until you do it to MJ?

Seems like MJ really pissed off Scottie & Horace with this documentary. I do find it funny that MJ deleted a lot of commentary from the others so that he wouldn't be looked at negatively. Would love to see all of the deleted scenes.

On another note, this documentary has been a good thing for sneakerheads like me. This is why I tell people that buying shoes can be a nice cheap investment. All of the original Jordans have shot up in price. I now have a pair of Air Jordan 1 Chicago Lows that people are currently buying for around $500 on websites like StockX.

Magic/Bird saved the NBA. Jordan took the NBA the next level and the Dream Team took the NBA international.
 
I don't see why Scottie is so upset. They asked him about delaying surgery and he said he wanted have a great summer. They asked him about not going in during the 94 Playoffs and he said he would do it again. He looked heroic playing through injury in 98.
