Again, Craig was hired away from Florida State to Auburn to be the co-offensive coordinator/ wide receiver coach. I wonder, how many plays, he actually, called?

I dont disagree with you but you're moving the goal posts.
 



A lot of these guys won't take the FCS coordinator jobs because they make more as position coaches at FBS schools. In that case they just wait and coach at those big schools for years making $200-500k as a WR coach instead of taking an Offensive Coordinator job at a school like Sam Houston for $110K
