By the way, when we did have a white offensive coordinator, JSU not only had the BEST offense in the SWAC, but lead the entire NATION.
That's not saying that white coaches are better at all, but I'm saying that they seem to have the market on being chosen as offensive line coaches in both college and the NFL. This in NO WAY means that black coaches can't do the same, but it seems that most black coaches may not be interested in becoming an offensive line coach on a d-1 or NFL level.
Most (not all) black coaches seem to gravitate toward coaching defense or the skill positions.

Dude. You definitely need to have your head examined. What was posted in that thread simply stated that "White Coaches" would solve the problem with the O-Line at JSU. That was an excuse and color has nothing to do with coaching.
