The Employees at My Gym

Ok at my gym there are about 10 to 12 employees. Why is it that all the white folks that are employeed there work out, but the black people don't do. Man all the black folks walking around looking and stuff.

And guess what...they can work out there for FREE!!!!
 
You belong to an interesting gym. The Black folks that work at my 24 hour fittness work out. L, my former trainer has some of the plumpest thighest that I ever seen. If her boyfriend wants an ultimate fighter I would have hit that.

that's interesting...I've never seen fat people employed at gyms before. Each time I enter one, all the workers look slim and trim.
 
Why would the gym employ "fat" people. Most of them trainers dont know how to "TRAIN" folx. They are there cause they "look" the part.

All of the black and white people that work at my gym also workout there. 2 of the trainers that are Sigmas are some of my workout partners.

Man these black folks don't train, they hand out towels, and work at the reception desk. Man yesterday I went in to workout this big arse woman was eating a 5 piece from Popeyes.:lmao:

Because everyone is not motivated to work out like you.
When she gets tired of dealing with her weight or when/if something drastic happens to her health, she'll do something about it.

My gym is a small but great gym. Most of the staff work out and the independent trainers workout somewhere else. But we do have a overweight guy working the front desk. His main job is to sell membership.

The one "big" Sigma that I work out with (He's huge, dude is like benching 450 easlily) is a trainer. He primarily works with women who are pregnant or have just delivered and want to get back inshape.

Its another brother there named "KAY". All he does is train white women and hit on them. One of my coworkers ended up going to another gym cause he was training her and trying to hit on her at the same time. Ole girl was married with 2 kids and this grimey cat was still on her.
 
I go to a very small gym geared towards women. There are a few men who are members but they know that the women are a priority. All of the trainers are physically fit and surprisingly a lot of them were his past clients who decided to become trainers themselves.

Ha. He actually banned this one guy for making a woman feel uneasy. There's jus a few guys and we know them all. When I walk in they make conversation, comment on progress and keep it moving. It is like a family. It's definitely NOTHING like Curves.

The guys there must be G@Y or Alphas. No possible threat to the females.

You would think so, but only one of them is gay. My trainer trains men all over the city so of course they end up at the gym at some point. This is the only setting I've ever been comfortable working out in. I used to go to this one place called Run & Shoot and guys would just watch you. I hated that. At this new gym they just focus on their workout and speak on the way in or out.

They used to have Run & Shoot in Maryland before it folded up. They have one in the city that you are in?
 
I need to stop tripping. I just signed up with a trainer. Mind you I have not worked out in the past 2+ weeks. I am going to celebrate by going to The Cheesecake Factory tonight.

I am going to blow up one way or another.

But on a good note...I have started eating oatmeal to reduce cholesterol.

I still call it Run & Shoot but the name changed to Metro Fitness.
