Quit the crying heifer...I don't need all that. This has got to be the dumbest broad I have ever seen. How this idiot will escape the dealth penalty is a mystery to me.

Baby Manson send help!!!!

I have to agree....

She and the "non-cremation" fella in GA. may have set black people back 50 years....

Blacknbengal,
the above picture is of little miss "hit 'em & leave 'em in your windshield to die".

Black,

She's the dumb ho from Ft. Party Worth, TX that hit and ran this white man, took his azz home and parked him in her garage while still being embedded in her windshield.

Talk about stuck on stupid.....she deserves whatever she gets. That's just plain ole dumb.

 :smh: :dizzy:  :goof: :redhot:

Ray Brent Marsh, 28

Ray Brent Marsh, operator of the Tri-State Crematory in Noble, Ga., was already in custody in Walker County, Ga., charged with 174 counts of theft by deception.

Investigators have recovered 339 bodies since Feb. 15 on the Marsh family's 16 acres behind the crematory. So far, 109 bodies have been identified.

County records show that at least 250 bodies sent to the crematory since 1998 were from Tennessee. Bradley County Sheriff Dan Gilley said Marsh traveled the 50 miles from Noble to Cleveland to pick up bodies for cremation under contract from Bradley County funeral homes.

You guys trip me out!

You think what the woman from Fort Worth is did is DUMB and STUPID, but then you think that the woman from Houston who killed her children was/is not insane. :smh:

What this woman from Fort Worth did is CRIMINAL, not dumb; what she did was a complete manifestation of SPECIFIC INTENT to cause bodily injury and death to another human, once she left him stuck in her windshield for TWO DAYS!

I do not believe in the death penalty (application issues), but for the life of me, I can't figure out one reason why she should be left living on this earth!

Seeing Spots,
I don't think anyone is justifying the above woman. I believe what she did leaves alot less questions about guilt than what Yates did. I can't condone the death penatly either (simular issues with application/Christian beliefs), but if ever someone deserved it, this much malicious intent warrants such a sentence. Period.

Conversely, I think Yates was crazy, just not insane when she killed all 5 of those children (If she was insane when she started killing them surely chasing the last child around the house, and fighting to kill him snapped her out of it). I think she knew killing her children was wrong.... & that's the bottom line.

Question:
What is your legal take on these two cases?

What both these stupid azz women committed were criminal acts. I don't usually believe in the death penalty, just b/c of the simple fact that it's the easy way out. Let em sit it out and suffer the consequences, but ole girl from Ft. party Worth will FRY........believe that.

Re: You guys trip me out!

Exactly who are you referring to in your post when you say that they didn't think the bit__ from Houston was/is not insane? I think we have another candidate brewing......

I tried to find the thread where the Houston child killing mom was discussed but I couldn't. I can't remember who exactly said she was not insane, but mostly the comments addressed the fact that she KNEW what she was doing and that it was PREMEDITATED. And thus, she should have the book thrown at her like any other murderer. Both contentions do not speak to the issue of INSANITY which is a medical and legal conclusion.

And also other people, on the radio, TV, at the beauty shop expressed the same kind of sentiment, that she should not be found not guilty for reason of insanity because she plotted to kill the children and was aware of what she was doing.

The "insanity" defense speaks to whether the person was sane at the time of the act(s) and if so can are they criminally culpable for those acts.

I think what she did is incomprehensible and I think what she did is murder. But I KNOW what she did is mitigated by her insanity.

Any woman who had the mental illness history that this one had, any woman who would drown her children and then chase down the 7 year old, who was screaming for his life is legally, medically and all kinds of -lly INSANE! CRAZEE! ALL THE LIGHTS ON AND NOBODY HOME! PLAIN OLE THROWED OFF!

I think her defense is viable and justifiable and that the jury should find her not guilty by reason of insanity.

SS,

I agree with you. I stated that that heffa from H-town is no where near crazy. White folks get on my dayum nerves always screaming their insane everytime they committ murder or any crime for that matter.....That's always their plea. Andrea Yates may have had post partum disorder, depression or whatever, but it doesn't excuse what she did and she should not be put to death. Her azz needs to sit it out in jail and think about what she's done, for life. She needs to be tortured just as she tortured those babies.

I was only calling the lady from Ft. Party Worth crazy as a figure of speech. She isn't insane either. She was fully aware of what she was doing, even if it was after the fact. I don't care if she was high on ecstasy(sp) and alcohol. She's an adult and responsible for her own actions.

Bottom line, it was NO EXCUSE for either of these crimes being committed and both these brawds need their azzes whipped.

PEACE

So far it is only hearsay that the man was alive for three days. I want proof that he was alive for three days.

D-Town I agree with you. I think that it is interesting that the woman from Houston is being called insane and the woman in Fort Worth is called inhumane.

What is so humane about drowning your 5 kids?

IMHO,

The woman in Houston was diagnosed, medically, mentally incompetent. She had been suffering from mental illness for over 5 years. The woman in Fort Worth was high on drugs, hit a pedestrian, drove home, went upstairs to have sex with her man, came back downstairs asked the man to forgive her, but let him stay there despite his pleas for help for 2 days until he was dead, then she and some friends took him and dumped him. The woman in Fort Worth feared prosecution for hitting the man and DWI and was scared and made the conscious decision to "wait it out" I guess hoping things would get better. The Houston woman purposely drown her children while in a psychotic state believing she was saving them from the devil.

They both committed murder. Both were wrong. Both did something horrific and inexcusable. One was medically, and I hope legally, insane, the other one was a drug using poor judgment exericising not wanting to go to jail beetch that should executed by the State of Texas because that's what they like to do. (although I am not personally advocating capital punishment)

And I was not aware that white people always holler insanity when they murder people. They are so infrequently arrested and prosecuted for anything that I guess I just missed that.

You guys see a disparate treatment based on race here in the opinions of people?

Heck yeah it's disparate treatment based on race......I agree that the others are so infrequently arrested and prosecuted for anything, but whenever they are, "insanity's" always somewhere in the picture. :smh:

Never fails...such BS.

The difference between the two is RACE!

Yates is insane b/c of the skin she's in and Mallard is inhumane b/c of the skin she hit and ran.

Go figure.....

Regardless if you think she was crazy or not...her azz was found guilty. Now the debate is...LIFE IN PRISON or DEATH!!!

I hope the sentencing is short and swift and she doesn't spend too much time on death row!!!! They need to start televising that kind of stuff Pay Per View.

When I was younger, I used to take the "Christian" approach that people should not be given capital punishment. I felt that it was up to God to punish them.

Well, as I have matured in my "Christianity", I now realize that it is not my right to "forgive them of their transgression" so that they will have the opportunity to repeat the crime. Although I personally hold no malice towards these people, I now am of the opinion that you must be held accountable for your actions. If the crime that you committed is punishable by death, then by death you should be punished. Jesus stated that you must render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's. In other words, you adhere to the laws that govern our society or else we are in for chaos.

I pray that these people are forgiven, but that forgiveness must come from God. As for now, their azzes must be held accountable. Or as Robin Harris would say===> "Gotta Go, Gotta Go!"

One down. Now I wnat to see what the sentence will be.

I was expected the woman to break down crying when they read the sentence. But, she stood their like it was no big thing to her.

I wonder if her husband will appeal?
