Yep. Great history with a strong fan base in a great market. No need for a new stadium soon neither. The value of teams are truly up there and you don't see it until one comes up for sale every blue moon. Remember, the Panthers sold for $2.2 billion without a storied history and historically large fan base.

The MLS was right there for these 9 digit players to get prime ownership off when $50 mil would easily get you a franchise. Now even that has gone up to 9 digits and very few have outright cash like that

The hedge fund dude paid over three billion dollars for the Panthers. If Walton paid over 4.5 billion outright for The Broncos. I will hate to see, what the next team is sold for in my opinion.
