The Black guy who was begging McCain.....

The guy is entitled to his opinion! I'm not saying I agree with him but he's a republican. I didn't like the fact that it almost seemed that he was begging like he was a slave.

Yeah I agree that he's entitled to his opinion but it was the tactic he suggested that disturbed me. After seeing and hearing what those angry mobs said about Obama how could he beg McCain to go even more negative?

"Why are we losing to a Black Man?" thats basically what they are wondering/asking...

 I'm fired and ready to Vote! :ebrow:

Is this guy too far from History to know what the People at that Rally were really upset about? One guy openly stated that he was not upset about the economy, even he (James T. Harris) did not ask McCain to confront Obama on policies issues. So why do they really hate Obama?

If McCain had not tempered hateful speeches at subsequent rallies, I am sure their TRUE hatred would have been exposed. They are angry with McCain for letting this ^%$# man to get to a point where he is leading in the poles, but they Truly Hate Obama.

....sooner or later...what is being said in their closets will eventually leak out. When this happen, McCain is toast. In the end, this is a fire that He and Palin Stoked.

I agree. If the man is a conservative, against abortion, etc, then I don't see the problem with him supporting McCain. I'm a big Obama supporter, but I understand that there are blacks that aren't. Each are entitled to vote for the candidate whose beliefs and policies they agree with the most. I agree with buckwheat about the begging though. But, if this was a white person asking Obama to go more negative on McCain, and white people gave him the same response that this guy got from black people, would those white people be considered racists? Racism goes both ways. If white people and black people only supported their own race, then blacks would have a harder time getting elected to many political offices.

But lets not confuse simple support with helping to promote hatred which can lead to and has led to harm of a candidate.

We in the black community are far to willing to accept things like this and make excuses for it. Just as we hold McCain and Sarah Palin accountable for what they're saying and doing to help promote hatred, so should we do the same with this guy even more so, he is just as mentally unstable and deranged as those clearly uneducated whites that are in that same crowd screaming to bomb Obama and talking about how afraid they are of Obama becoming the President.

It's like if Obama start giving Farrakhan like speeches with some racially charged Black folks and some white guy in the crowd begs him to do something.

I'm not making excuses for it, nor am I confusing anything. All I'm saying is that the guy is entitled to his opinion, and that if white people gave a white Obama supporter the same backlash as this dude is getting, a lot of black people would be saying that those white people are racists.

Maybe so TD, but there's one problem with that little theory, Obama nor any of his black supporters are going around chanting bomb, kill, or lynch McCain, and that's the reality of what the McCain camp has done.

For whatever reason, sometimes intelligent people try to make sense of the bad behavior of others, but most of the white people at the McCain's rallies are just plain ignorant. And by them being that ignorant, creates a hateful and violate atmosphere, which jeopardizes the safety of other individuals at his rallies. It was reported that a Black camera man who was doing his job was called a racial slur. Even the begging Black guy could find himself on the wrong end of a rope just because he is Black.

It's sad that some blacks hate themselves and their skin color so much. Unkle Ruckus is not just a cartoon character, he's a reality that keeps us as a race from moving progressively forward as much, if not more than the ignorance of gang banging, sub-par educational institutions and the likes.

My uncle is republican and liberal that only vote for liberal and progressive candidates.. He tired of the conservatives within party.. Especially these black sambo conservatives that support closet racist politicans and backward policies...

James T. Harris has the right to his opinion according to the Bill of Rights.. But that being said: conservatives like Harris and others shouldn't be complainning phone calls they getting from supporters either..

LofDoom: We always going have those judasgoats among us.. For every Marcus Garvey, MLK, Huey P. Newton, Martin Delany, Fred Hampton, Malcom X, Thurgood Marshall, Denmark Vassey, Ralph Abnernathy, and others, they will be sambos in shadows like Jesse Lee Patterson, Clarence Thomas, Condi Rice, Robert Woodson, Glenn Loudy, Cythina Tucker, Stark Parker, James harris, elder, armstrong williams, George Wilson and Jospeh h. jackson..

With Great Sadness...I agree with You. We have problems, but we give into defeat, when we join in our own lynching.

In my experience, many blacks that hate their own race, seem to have lived a life in isolation from their race, forming their opinions from bias data. These self-haters long for acceptance from those that dislike them.

Note: Don't be offended, This is all my opinion...ain't nothing I am saying is Law (india arie - video - 2:11 laps).

Oh I agree with you about the hatred that's being spewed within the McCain campaign. I don't like it one bit. However, does that justify the hate mail and death threats that black McCain supporter is getting?

Nope it doesn't but I mean daymn if you're hanging in the crowd that calls Obama a terrorist, and chants kill him then you beg them to get even dirtier that's pretty much asking for some B.S.

See this is where the old Black Panther Party would have came in back in the day. They would have waited outside that rally and whupp that sorry azz excuse for a blackman azz until he was dirt clean and made sure he paid attention to how none of those others supporters didn't left a finger to help him.
