I was talking about how we evaluated our coaches on more than Xs and Os. Education is number one around here, (and I know you all doing the same type of things). During the week, most athletes are in class during practice because most of the hard core courses are taught late afternoon and evening. And those of you who know about strong curriculums are familiar with how the departments schedule these courses. They don't care about athletics, you have to be in class. Good coaches are hard to find and if one can win and maintain discipline you got something special. How many times do I have to tell Get Ready that AJ is smart?
