That's not what he said. Besides, when did he ever see 60K in the stands? But we are not going to make this a JSU topic. You are acting like the 2023 Primettes. 🤣I already corrected you and you went right back to it. It was a HYPOTHETICAL example that he gave MONTHS before he left JSU. It was about HBCU business practices in general. You all just didn't hear it until he left and most of you have not heard the whole segment.

Coach Prime also had NOTHING to do with JSU leaving the SHC. Our AD didn't want to sign the contract in 2018 but he was new to the job and the President convinced us to stay in it. However, our AD had the foresight to ONLY sign it if we had a way out. We took the way out and it was what our AD wanted. Coach Prime agreed with it and you all give him all the credit. This is pure lunacy! This is all documented by the way, even on here and newspaper articles. We joked in 2018 that Alcorn has no classics and they could take our place. (They still dont have a classic but... :snicker:)


My only issue with AAMU is that you don't have a dedicated fan base. You only go to the MCC. Tuskegee might save your Homecoming this year. Honestly, I HOPE THIS PLAN works. I think it will be great but if you all do all this work as a university and STILL dont net $1M, you will have lost a lot for nothing. Mess around and let them alternate JSU or Southern or Miles in that game and you will never get back in it. ...and I will take it for $1.5M. 🤣

Was it the same company? I thought the money was coming from a SWAC sponsor which is why Fred got mad at the SWAC office and tried to include them in the lawsuit.

Alabama A&M says it has retained own firm to promote ‘23 Magic City Classic, firm denies it

In a letter last week to Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin - prior to this week's cease-and-desist letter to the non-profit that has long handled the Classic, A&M's AD said the school had hired LRY Media Group to manage its participation in the storied HBCU rivalry.

If I a reading the order correctly, official AAMU logos cant be used on the field, banner around the field since ASC is handling that. It will be interesting to see if they have a blank in the end zone and banners for AAMU or non official "logo" for AAMU.

Even on the scoreboard, I am sure I missed something, but all that has to change.

So now you want to turn your back on Coach Prime. Remember, I saw you in Montgomery wearing a "I love Coach Prime" shirt, now you want to act like you didn't support him. Stop it! If you would concentrate on JSU instead of constantly being concerned with AAMU, you would be surprised what a difference you could make. Be honest, can''t nobody get in your head like those AAMU Bulldogs. Plus, we live rent free.

Where or how did you draw that conclusion? I promise you people are insane! LOL Most JSU people have no problem with Coach Prime. We have a problem with people who spread the lies like you were doing above. Now, back to the MCC! LOL And no, you lil school is not in my head. Im only asking questions as a neutral party. I have already said that I hope this works out. It will be a game changer and a model for others to follow.

AAMU not in your head? You are speaking so LOUD with your actions (everything AAMU)) that I can barely read what you are typing. Your actions dictate otherwise. Let me make this simple as others have tried. We don't care about your opinion whether you are for us or against us. What we do know is that you are an AAMU hater. In addition, upset because Coach Prime left you (JSU) for Colorado (white girl). Are you scroned? I am going to give you the last word on this issue in order that AAMU can remain in your head. Waiting on your reply so we can remain in your head.

PS: The shirt was blue and white and had "I love Coach Prime) in red letters.

Yeah, they claim that they have paid another firm to do their promoting. Which is the same thing that Asc does already. And it seems that Asc has done a very good job doing so. But now, but now, BUT NOW that same firm has come out and said they have not been retained by AAMU.
As much as I support the Dogs, things are starting to look Messy.

It's better than working with the Alabama Sports Council...why do y'all insist we work with them peepas???. I get the Alabama sports Council is located in Montgomery and may have strong political ties to Quentin Ross & ASU . .but A&M aint obligated to work with the ASC lol...

We do not have to work with the Alabama Sports Council...who is the council even ran by?..do they have a board of directors? Why are they only "promoting this game to the state of Alabama"???🧐🤔😏🤣 according to their website. A&M should've cut ties with this 501 non profit a long time ago but that day is here now...Adios

at the end of the day A&M vs State rivalry is a SWAC Eastern Division football game that will always be played no matter the title or location..Cheers to that!
