Turn Up...Hornets!!! It's about to be a party in the Ham...Preliminary forecast has mid 60's and sunny. Praying the weather holds!
 
has the countdown officially begun with the Bayou Classic losing the TV deal and a pitch given to the Magic City Classic? even though BC has the history, MCC has "the magic" people comes out to see.

This will be the first year I will catch a shuttle. It's amazing how they move all those fans around effectively and efficiently. B'ham will see me early Thursday. I have to catch those new pretty sweaters that's out and will be sold on Friday evening. These sweaters and jackets are in demand at HBCU games and are selling like hotcakes.
 
If you are familiar with the areas around the stadium you can park close without using the shuttle....I know so many back ways to the stadium it's crazy.

I just like having my vehicle near....but the Shuttles are nice!

I took the shuttle for the first time last year. Parked at the Sheraton and was at the stadium in 5 minutes without spending a dime.

That shuttle is one of the best investments they've made in the mcc thus far...very efficient. It's operated by the same people who coordinate transportation at Disney so you know they don't play! I hear they've also invested in bleacher seating throughout the parade route this year as well! Great innovation!

That's a great idea. I'm glad to hear that the planners aren't complacent with what we have and keep working to make it better.

you have to come .... even more people from Lousiana have started to come since Katrina especially New Orleans...

matter a fact the Zulu Krewe has a big tailgate on A&M side of the stadium every year.....you will see the big azz sign they made lol
