Negative ads don't work on people when their mind is made up regardless. A better strategy would be to significantly increase the amount of time and money on mass voter registration which will expand the electorate, and do the same to achieve massive voter turnout by informing folks where their polling place is and emphasizing the ease of early voting.

It would seem enough of this has and is being done already, but if any of you have ever registered voters, informed them where their voting precinct is and worked the polls during an election you already know it isn't.

What you have stated has been done. However you still got some folks in their feelings if Democrats (some odd reason not GOP) do NOT come to their house personally and kiss their behind. That happened to Beto and a set of folks in a town did that. It was not because Democrats were NOT going to their town-they actually were. However a hurricane derailed that trip.

Recently, it hasn't been done to the extent you're thinking. That's why you had to go back eight years ago to 2018 to find an example. Don't let folks pronouncing there doing something fool you. I have registered voters, educated voters, worked the polls, canvassed and block walked for candidates. None of that takes place to the extent you think. Most candidates are lazy and hard-headed, and would rather pay or find volunteers to put out signs and cut cheap ads rather than putting in the time an energy to persuade folks to vote for them.

The last time I saw something approaching the level I'm talking about was during Obama"s first presidential campaign. That was an anomaly, not something common place.

Beto's campaign was the next best example, and I applaud his campaign. The reality is though he like Obama had no realistic chance of winning statewide in Texas. He came much closer than most though he would though. He needed the state to lean just a wee bit purpler.

They already are saying Trump's deal is better than Obama's, even though he is giving up a lot more money than Obama,
I'm not even going to mention the uranium part, because I've ready different things and it's hard to know what's true.
