White House fires multiple administration officials after president meets with far-right activist Laura Loomer

The White House has fired multiple administration officials, including at least three National Security Council staffers, three sources familiar with the move told CNN.

The firings came after Laura Loomer, the far-right activist who once claimed 9/11 was an inside job, urged President Donald Trump during a Wednesday meeting to get rid of several members of his National Security Council staff, including his principal deputy national security adviser, claiming that they are disloyal.

One of the sources said Loomer had compiled a list of roughly a dozen names, and that the subsequent firings were a direct result of the meeting with Loomer, who was an influential voice around Trump during his 2024 campaign last fall.

Principal Deputy National Security Adviser Alex Wong was not among those who had been dismissed on Wednesday. However, one White House official speculated to CNN Thursday that Wong could be out as soon as today, though a final decision remains to be seen.

Wong was one of the advisers specifically targeted by Loomer, who publicly questioned his loyalty to Trump and criticized him privately as a “Never Trumper.”

One of the sources speculated that National Security Adviser Michael Waltz may have been reluctant to fire Wong because he has been embroiled in the controversy surrounding the leak of controversial Signal messages related to military strikes on Yemen that Waltz and his team have been under fire for initiating.

RFK Jr. Says Whoops! We Fired the Wrong People at HHS

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is backtracking on his sweeping federal layoffs, revealing Thursday that he would be reinstating some programs and positions that had been mistakenly cut.

The Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary announced last week that he would be slashing 10,000 federal jobs in an effort to reorganize the health department, and by Monday, the layoffs were already in full swing.

But in the process to “Make America Healthy Again,” Kennedy admitted that a few too many cuts were made along the way, though he says that “was always the plan.”

Rand Paul warns tariffs could cause GOP ‘decimation.’ He has a point.

Republicans who are evidently not too comfortable with President Donald Trump’s decision to announce large new global tariffs have tried plenty of hints to push him in a different direction. And one of Trump’s most vocal tariff critics on the GOP side, Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, tried a relatively novel one on Wednesday.

He pointed to electoral peril for the GOP.

“Tariffs have also led to political decimation,” Paul told reporters. “When [William] McKinley most famously put tariffs on in 1890, they lost 50 percent of their seats in the next election. When [Sens. Reed Smoot and Willis C. Hawley] put on their tariff in the early 1930s, we lost the House and the Senate for 60 years.

“So they’re not only bad economically; they’re bad politically.”

This is a good point.

Whatever the theoretical economic benefits of major tariffs, history shows they have coincided with huge losses for the Republicans — and it has almost always been Republicans — who pursue them.

That history looms large right now as a Republican Party that has defined itself by free trade in recent decades has suddenly been confronted with Trump’s historic protectionism — and the apparent economic shock it is primed to cause.

His pocket must be taking a hit

That too.

BUT Is he talking because he is in a state where he can't lose.

However there is a new issue-Mitch McConnel is retiring and Daniel Cameron wants it. The guy who let Breona Taylor's killers go free.

So depending on who is running for that seat-Musk and Trump can't primary Rand at the risk of losing both those seats to Democrats.

Cameron is running in 2026, Rand runs again in 2028. Rand received 86% of the vote in his last primary against five opponents. He is not scared of Trump or Musk.

Cameron ran for governor and lost against a democrat, may his fate be the same in his primary run.

As for ole Mitch, I would certainly like to see his seat flip blue right before his eyes.

JD Vance's Most Recent Comment About The US Borrowing Money From "Chinese Peasants" Is Going Viral Because People Think It's Extremely Offensive

If there's one thing Vice President JD Vance is going to do, it's embarass Americans everywhere.

In a now-viral clip, Vance discussed the Trump administration's foreign trade policies with China by directly insulting Chinese people.

"I think it's useful for all of us to step back and ask ourselves, what has the globalist economy gotten the United States of America? Fundamentally, it's based on two principles. Incurring a huge amount of debt to buy things that other countries make for us."

Market drop is in bear territory. Making Amerikkka great again
Keep in mind Dump is criminal minded. I think the tariffs are a scheme to short the market, load up on stocks at a discount and sell later when he removes or significantly lower what he has imposed. Market manipulation like what I describe would be illegal under most circumstances, but the biased high court gave the presidency immunity for official acts while in office. The SEC nor prosecutor's offices will be able to do a thing to him. He and his like minded friends on to the scheme will clean up when it is said and done.

Yep. He is also tanking the economy to get low interest rates and manipulate the oil market. His supporters think he's a genius and they will be the next Elon Musk off of this.

This dude messes up everything. The coochie market even knows we in trouble. 😂

Oh Cee- Project 2025 included that market as well. Because some of those who work in that field were planning to leave America if Trump won. It was either banning that industry or something else but that was in that book.
