Actually there was a deal cut. I don't know if yall didn't see the article. The Republicans agreed to let Biden appoint all those judges over the last few weeks since Trump election without objecting or trying to block them if Schumer agreed to let the last 12 be elected by Trump. Trump was pissed because he wanted to appoint all of them and he feels Mike Johnson and Mitch sold him out. So it wasn't the Dems not doing their job when they actually did do their job to help Biden get judges approved.
