It's located on the east-side of Fort Worth. If they can improve their program and land Tarrant County ala Aledo lol related talent, they will make it harder to recruit against, imho. Location, proximity, prestige, $$$$ 
, beautiful campus, ... they are attractive, imho.
They are slated for NAIA competition, btw. I see they also have Bacone College (same school PV has for homecoming) on their 2017 sechedule.
