Texas Southern vs Houston Baptist Game Updates: 6:00pm CT





I totally blew this pick by not researching. I assumed that Houston Baptist was some NAIA school or something. I've never heard of them.

Okay, I wish I could say things will get better for you guys in conference play, but you already know it will definitely be a tough fight for you guys. We will see.
 
Outside of AAMU I actually root for TXSU and Pinebluff every year. Actually DCG is my crush so I root for her....... Lol I like Pinebluff because of 96lioness .... She's a sweetheart.

Are you serious? Look who we have been playing. Who in the SWAC would have a better record with TSU's schedule?

The only conference game played was pv. We tried to tell you all then pv would compete for the West championship. Also, that game was much closer than the score. TSU competed; 3 turnovers on TSU's side of the field changed that game.

Go back and see what the pv folks had to say about this TSU team.

You guys are going to be shocked when you see this team live and in person next week. Few if any in the swac "Surely not aa&m" measure up to the competition TSU has played.

I fully expect this team to drag y'all next week. Remember you heard it here first.

I watched Houston Baptist beat the mess out of Northwestern State in that one sided stadium. HBU's stadium looks just like Louisiana College one sided stadium. I'm sure it won't be long before Louisiana College start beating the mess out of SWAC schools. LOL!!!

W - Morehouse 1-3
L - PB
W - North Alabama 1-3 first win today vs Presbyterian community college
L - Samford -- dropped 55 on you
W - Central State no comment necessary

AA&M's 3-2 is more scheduling than anything else. You guys still have no idea what your team really is. But, you will find out next week.

I still can't stand y'alls old ignant neva actually attended su azz fans. The one who actually graduated from su are cool it the contingent of the others...dirty mo fo's.

Oh wow, you know what, I was not trying to take this convo there. I honestly meant nothing personally towards Texas Southern but if that is the way you feel, so be it.

My bad. I forgot about TxSU's on-campus stadium, but the stadium y'all play in is 100 times better than HBU's stadium. Too bad I can't say the same about TxSU's football program. HBU is kicking butts in that stadium next door to Home Depot. I bet Home Depot provided them the lumber to build their two press boxes.

HBU I think has a higher operating budget for athletics ... all of their athletic programs are very competitive. I didn't even know HBU had sports when I was at TSU ... I learned about them in recent years and they've been growing very quickly since then
