Texas Southern Fans Gives One of the Best Videobombs of the Year

The Administrators need to come to a happy medium with it's students. Sit down with representatives of each organization and come up with a Memorandum of Understanding of what is tolerable and what isn't while at the same time realize that if the Dukes, Michigan States, UCLAs, etc... do it they why not our students?

+1

I've actually heard someone from North Carolina say that Coach Mike Krzyzewski was the main person behind getting students at Duke to come up with crazy cheers, such as when Duke students jump up and down in unison or make the bouncing sound of the basketball.

Our students arn't paying that kind of money that those schools are receiving for those seats and their arenas are usually sold out too.

I agree C-Leb. I guess they feel like that they are much better

One problem with "leaving them alone" is these days most children do no respect boundaries. I point to the incident with PV that almost cost us the game. The guy supposedly had permission to take the pictures but he has to know he is not allowed on the court. I agree about letting the children have fun but the administration needs to monitor and enforce (when necessary) boundaries.
I can agree that some go to far but if they are in their seats leave them alone. The SUPD get on my nerves watching everything they do from their seats like they are criminals. They get mad when they even chant Defense. :smh: :smh:
What does that have to do with the conduct of the students?
A student is a student no matter where they go. If one student section can jump up and down and talk about a player or coach from the stands then HBCU students should be able to do it as well.

That's what I'm basically asking Fiyah.

Under the new plan, there will be no changes made in student seating, which means the "Cameron Crazies" will continue to receive 2,500 free, courtside seats at every game. In addition, Duke will continue to honor a 2,100-seat faculty/staff commitment. Seat assignments for Iron Dukes members, the support organization whose 6,000 members contribute more than $6 million annually to the Duke athletics department, will continue to be based on annual giving levels and cumulative athletic gifts.

I thought that basketball games at Grambling's old Memorial Gymnasium were the best atmosphere in the conference (at least whenever I went). This was largely because of how small it was.

Exactly (that is well known around the 3rd Coast).

We're not claiming we started it, we just picked it up a few years ago and the students really caught on to it.

That's the major difference between them and our fans. Just that amount all by itself is almost our entire athletic dept budget.

Hmmmm, you can thank S Phi S for moving it with him from PV to your school.

Now it's about the giving of the Iron Dukes members when I pointed out that Duke's Cameron Krazies get in FREE.

What I was and everyone else is talking about in this thread are the STUDENTS. Stay on the subject at hand!

Well, if PV paid him as well as we are then it wouldn't have moved would it? :retard:

Nothing is free, they only have a limited amount of seats available for their students when in essence all of your students can get in by showing their ID card and that cost is built into their student fees.

But it did........

It was not pay...

Alot of folks just don't want to drive out there so they will take the shorter drive...what I found out some folks get per game shocked me but distance matters considering everyone has other jobs in the day

Considering 80 percent of that table has a degree from PV and came through the office when the cash could be better..I had to find out why.
