The SWAC would welcome us with open arms and you know it LOL...we still have a great fan base, just suffered through some HORRIBLE leadership in the department that set us back. Stability is key for us right now.

Besides, with the changes and advancements about the happen within our athletic department, we'll definitely be attractive in more ways than one...just gotta rebuild it. I believe we have the right guy leading the athletic department.

Making an overture to FAMU would be a case of buying a stock when it's low (please take no offense to that). FAMU is in a low period, so the SWAC offering the folk in Tallahassee a chance to join would be viewed as a change of scenery and fresh start for the athletics program. Plus, the chance of getting old rivals on the schedule (at a reduction of travel costs), would not be something to sneeze at.

I totally agree...I'm just imagining a schedule featuring Tennessee State, Southern, Jackson State, Alabama State, Alcorn State, Grambling, and BCU at the end of the season...whew buddy

Look you know I'm one of those all for FAMU joining the SWAC, But with APR being a big issue now I'm not seeing it happening anytime soon even if FAMU inquired. We still have a few who are in the conference just getting it together where APR is concern, Including yours truly.

Moreso Amber. Kim was already rich. Her mom just used her hoeing to create the reality show and maximize their wealth.

I don't think that will matter to the powers that be Blue. They would take FAMU with no questions asked.
