TOday is for all the marbles in Swac basketball, first up will be the ladies.

Praiire View A&M vs Jackson State
Game Time: 4:00pm CT ESPNU

After that the men will take the court.

Mississipii Valley State vs Jackson State.
Game Time: 6:00pm CT ESPNU
 
I want PV women and Valley men... MB doesn't like it when JSU wins. No true Gramblinite (imo) truly wants SU and/or JSU to win in anything. But I like yall women folk...and some of you fellas are alright too!:lmao::lmao: (but serious as a futhamucka).

Man, ups to whoever wins!! If we ain't winning then we need to fire some coaches and up our game. I ain't no hater. I don't have time to dish out the same hate people give to us. So. more power to finalists and the champion.....
 
Good game so far between JSU and PV ladies. 41-40 JSU leads with about 12 minuetes to go. PV has trailed by as many as 12. JSU is KILLING PV on the offensive glass, and PV is playing without Gaati Werema, who is out with a knee injury.

Twila Stokes misses a layup after they got the stop they needed. 1:08 left....58-55 JSU....PV just can't get the ball in the hole. Missed FTs have also hurt us.
 



It's over...JSU wins 63-61. Lots of opportunities for the Lady Panthers, but they never got it going, and TOO many missed FTs and easy basket opportunities at the end cost us.

Congrats Lady Tigers. Represent us well in the NCAAs. It's off to the WNIT for the Lady Panthers.

Kandis Brown hit 2 3 pointers but it wasn't enough. I think Twila should have gotten that steal. It was no foul in my opinion but oh well. Congrats to JSU Lady Tigers and PVAMU Lady Panthers on a job well done and PVAMU will have a chance in the WNIT.

I agree...But we couldn't hit the G-Spot on a 50 pound booty from the field, from 3, or the FT line, especially when it counted. I know Gaati was SICK over there on the bench. I wonder how she hurt her knee, and how severe it is. I had no clue until the broadcast started that she was even hurt.

Yep, I saw her when JSU was up by 5 before a JSU player got fouled with 1 minutes and change to go with her hand by her mouth, chewing her gum and looking like I wish I was out there to win for my team.
 
you guys able to hear the men's game? Seems I could barely hear the Valley broadcast say we were up 17-16....don't make me order ESPNU for one game...LOL
