SWAC PSA that will air on ESPNU

EXACTLY!!! You JSU folks always think it's all about you. Yall can't even see the forest for the trees. Always worried about lil ol' JSU not being the center of attention. Well, yall were the center of attention a few months back and look where that got you...banned!
 
When good things happen for the JSU, they happen for the conference. JSU is the flagship institution for the SWAC, we have the best player in the SWAC....it makes no sense that you would not market the only player in the conference up for the Walter Payton award. If there were another player in line for the top FCS Heisman, then put both of them on the cover.

What part about that do you guys not understand? If anybody in this conference were the top player and can bring you national attention, PROMOTE THAT PLAYER. Quit thinking with your MightyJSU hating hearts and think with your heads.
 
I like the commercial and I think it makes this conference legitimate. I feel that it makes kids at least take a look at the conference.

Now, as a TSU alum I would have liked to see Michael Strahan in the commercial as he is still a current face around football and recognizable. I would have liked to have seen the "Texas Southern" name more prominent. We have three schools with the tiger mascot and the end of commercial doesn't promote TSU to those that are not as familiar. Even the appearance of our basketball team only showed "Texas".

Well, as we continue to win championships then our name will continue to become more prominent.
