You don't think playing on your home field is as important as playing on the road?

Not for us ... in Houston. Hell, there have been times when WE had more people at their games then them (TxSU last year). It may not be the case when we get to PV this year, but it has in the past. Plus, SU in Houston ain't a road game for us, other than against UH that one time.

Hell, we've gotten in your ass more in Jackson than Baton Rouge.

A lie and you know it.

I have been disrespecting PV and Waller county on here for months. Right @Bewildered ? LOL

You have to understand I have PV in-laws and coworkers who talk noise every time I see them. I am conditioned to disrespect them kittens every chance I get. LOL

Yeh, you're consistent lol.

Southern is loaded w/ talented student-athletes, there is no denying that. The type of talent that makes one w/ any ounce of common sense decently enviable. There are a few that have that dog in them, I cannot lie about that. For whatever unholy reason, it's like SU cannot pull it all together when it needs to. There is no middle ground w/ them. They are either far far left or far far right w/ their losses and victories. smh IMHO, SU's trenchers aren't @ the same level we saw in the better part of the 1990s. Ditto for Grambling. Those are NOT the same dominant type squads from top to bottom. Bad coaching/schemes is hidden when one has talent on top of talented student-athletes. Some are pure homer if they don't acknowledge that their coaches/schemes (esp defensively) aren't worth a shat: Southern and Grambling. Take your fan glasses off. Prairie View was offensively multi-faceted last fall, except when QB Smiley came in and everyone and their momma but your coaching staff KNEW who @ 250lbs would get the ball and then run over your LBer/SS, and yet avg what... 46-47 pts in its games vs SU and GSU fall 2015?

You wanna' talk good football w/out smack, I'm here and ready.

That helped Texas Southern and Alabama State, didn't it?

'79, PV isn't Bama St or sTu. All are aware of what's @ stake and the stakeholders will be viewing up front and close. No disrespect but PVAMU CANNOT lose that game or any other home game fall 2016. If so.... welll...... ::read::

You are right. Bama State was in BETTER position when we went in there. TxSU, of course not. Doesn't change anything. You derailed our chance to get another shot at Alcorn and we provided it to you on a number of fronts, unfortunately. Your stakeholders will just have to be mad.

Y'all helped derail yourselves by not playing a better game vs PV. How many fumbles/turnovers again? Seems to me, y'all didn't want that game or another shot @ Alcorn St either. Surely you and others didn't think SU could make so many mistakes and actually win huh? lol That's not championship caliber ball.

As for PV's stakeholders, yeh. If y'all were to win it, quite a few of them will be angered. For me, I cannot. For I have great understanding that it took PV 40+ years to dig itself in its own grave of football athletic/coaching futility and surely it cannot be undone in only 2 seasons where one of those seasons actually had a spring practice w/ full coaching staff lol. If we get it done, I'll be proud and happy. If not, we keep working for betterment.

PV game unforced turnovers(7 fumbles wasn't it) Gram game, SU up big, SU coaches started arguing during the game, in front of players, then Gram made a comeback. Anyone who watched that game, saw the play calling changed all of a sudden.

So half-time adjustments by GSU means nothing?

So whatever the other teams did didn't help them win, they get no credit for making their adjustments .....BULLSHYT

SU LOGIC has shown itself.

Ya'll speak as if we didn't play in back to back SCGs prior to last season's meltdowns.

Just for fun, if you could go off points, the overall preseason rankings would be:

1. Alcorn State (44)
2. Prairie View A&M (41)
3. Alabama State (35)
Grambling State (35)
5. Southern (32)
6. Jackson State (28)
7. Alabama A&M (16)
Texas Southern (16)
9. Mississippi Valley State (12)
10. Arkansas-Pine Bluff (11)

Spady's just talking nonsense. How you gone focus on just ONE team all year? The only folks who care about the Bama State/ AAMU game is their fans. No one looks at that game as a make or break game for the SWAC.

I have been saying that you all have been on a decline..... SCG win, SCG loss, no SCG appearance.. now predicted 3rd in the division. Don't mess around and let TxSo catch up to you!
