Even with good news, it is always mightyjsu vs those other schools....not really sure why some folks care. I am pleased with the punishment, it is fair and does not give anyone an advantage. How so? We beat everyone in the West not named Grambling and they are up for their arse kicking. Did JSU earn their's during the years the East was horrible? You can't slam SU for winning this year and not take in account when the East was downright pitiful some years. Things go in cycles in every conference.

And then the 2nd loss to Alcorn would only give you a share of the SWAC East since Bama State and Alcorn have only two losses (I asked you to think). That why I stated if you all lose this weekend the two other schools would have been negatively impacted by you all not rescheduling this game. If you all win this weekend it's a moot point.

That was a confusing part of the whole thing. From the looks of it, the series will flip back that year. So, Grambling will host in 2017.

Don't stop there... If Valley would've scored two more touchdowns and our buses would've broken down on the way to Huntsville we would have had to forfeit the AAMU game then if the lights would've gone out while we were trailing to Alabama State you never know if they would've called the game or waited to finish it. I understand what you're saying. Honestly, we just can't go around calling ourselves SWAC EAST Champions, because WHAT IF we would've fumbled the ball in the 3rd Quarter against Texas Southern when they were still close... that could've gone either way. So, i get it. Valley really won the East. There you have it.
and let's not forget the UAPB game. What if we would've misread our itinerary and showed up to the stadium at 8pm. See stuff like that raises some very intense questions. You just never know... UAPB might've capitalized off that administrative mistake. I mean who is over football operations anyway at JSU. The Xerox machine might not even be working... Who's responsible for making copies of the team itinerary? This has costs us our season!
