or Southern can move out the way and let JSU play gram in the BC

jsu isn't good for ratings......No one outside of the SWAC knows who you all are. And the other thing is you all don't travel well so it would look even worse on t.v.

The way the State Government is stripping them down to the bone, every little bit counts.

They'd probably lose money hosting that game. But either way, they will come out on top for this... for one, they are adding a student athletic fee. If it is just $120/semester that's $1.2M/year alone.

Valley.... and after Alcorn sees how much money we make Saturday, they will move the CCC back to Jackson. 60K > 22K

TP , there will not be 60K Saturday. Most likely 30K to 35K for the Alcorn game. Maybe 40K if Alcorn bring their fans, but that is pushing it. I believe having near 60K for a home game is a thing of the past.

Well America deserves to see at least one good football team on that field. LOL

So 3 home games for Jackson State? I don't have a problem with that...

 and I bet your administration doesn't either since y'all don't even support your home games in masses.

Gotta give it to talk founder y'all really stuck it to old J-Stank.

Hey Kenn I guess the no-reply to my pm is confirmation?

i think this was the best solution to the problem. i saw a news report that said in order to sue Grambling, Jackson St would have to sue the State of Louisiana and if a jury rules in JSU'S side then the money would actually come from the state not Grambling and that it would be YEARS before JSU would receive any money because the reward would be put on to a list and JSU would have to wait their turn. If you think making Grambling go to Jackson for three years straight is not fair well how about Jackson state continue to sue Grambling and wait 10+ years to get paid.

We (JSU) will receive an "Undisclosed Amount" from the Swac. GSU will be fined for not playing the game. The forfeiture will be declared a win for JSU. And GSU will play in Jackson the next 3 seasons. Sounds good to me now lets finish out the season and get these last two wins.

I agree it doesn't adversely impact the other member schools. Too bad the SCG is only 1 week after the BC. A good solution would have been for the two meeting the week after the BC.

We are both open the week before the BC but we already have the W.. now we just want the money. They had the chance to get their azz whooped already.

Um... don't you mean Pete Richardson?

They think Brian Jenkins is gonna leave BCU where he is WINNING to go to Grambling to start over. Only if Grambling open up the bank and pour everything out and we already know ain't much in her purse but some gum and some pennies.
