SWAC investigating if Jackson State had UAPB practice film

This is a nothing burger article spearheaded by Offscript who reached out to this writer and gave him this information. He gives himself away by saying that this article was going to come out a DAY before. If you read it, the writer even tried to clear himself by saying that an IP address still cannot pinpoint who accessed their playbook at the end. But in any regard this is a bunch of nothing that Offscript WANTS to be something because he hates JSU so much. If I were JSU I would go ahead with a defamation lawsuit against him. He already has several videos staying how much he hates JSU even calling the school "Pot Hole State". All JSU has to do is use his own words against him as the motivation for his deliberate defamation.

Well, FWIW, Andrew did tell us a few minutes ago that the SWAC is still investigating despite Jackson State saying the matter is closed. That doesn't necessarily mean there is (or isn't) something to it. It seems the conference is just doing its due diligence when an allegation surfaces.

Can JSU prove Offscript operated with actual malice? I'm actually intrigued by that.

The fact that Offscript even has a video entitled "Cheaters" and saying that JSU cheated against UAPB without the SWAC even saying that there was anything to it could get him sued. He basically reached out to this ESPN writer giving him information in the hopes that it would disparage the schools name.

Oh they absolutely COULD. All they have to do is use his own words against him. For example he has stated over and over that he hates JSU even calling JSU "Pot Hole State" on many of his videos. Not only that but he also said he prays for the downfall of JSU. I really do think there is something mentally going on with him.. But im not a psychiatrist. But I think JSU could absolutely hold him legally accountable.
