If attendance only equated to Championships... :read:
But this is the SWAC were talking about though. :smh:
Only losers do this....get excited about certain numbers, not wins/losses. Do we get a trophy for highest attendance?

Coach Markham still lives in Montgomery right across the street from Huntingdon College. Every time I pass by his house he's usually working in the yard. Nice house in the garden district. You can see it from the street, because it's the first house on the corner off Woodley Road. He's been in the same house I believe since he's been in Montgomery. He still attend ASU games.

On a Friday. Come on man. You saw the pics I posted. 75% Jags. Watch how many we have December 7th![]()
75%?
Go ahead and tell the lie about when you took those pics of the photos.
This is so sad. The delusional liars won't quit

:topic: You think PB and Gram should go back to Shreveport?
2nd :topic: Why has the SWAC done so poorly in Shreveport? It's a good size stadium and the casinos have entertainment for the adults. Plus the fair is good for the kids.
Before the JSU/Alcorn game on JSU's campus, they're supposed to honor Markham and Jones, both former coaches at JSU under WC Gordon.
Nah leave it home and home, I'm tired of giving these non SWAC cities money anyways. Its soooooo many ways you can market a school with the technology age. We need to get back to the basics and have that ALL MONEY IN mentality like back in the days.

Where's Jones nowadays...watching C-way games?

Look on college football data warehouse. SU vs Northwestern St in Shreveport attendance was 30,000 plus.
What's sad is that the home team allowed the visiting team to outnumber them in fans. Period. Same thing, different year.
Anyway, they come to Mumford next year. Unless the SWAC makes it a ESPN game, we will play on Saturday and not have to move our game.
All he can do is post what he see's reported.
It's really not a big deal anymore. The #s Wouldn't change much if he reported what everyone else thinks the attendance is.
60% of the conference averages under 10k
Only 40% average above 10k (JSU/Bama are in that 40% without homecoming #s)
Alcorn is ranked dead last at 4k and they have a winning season.
Schools with losing seasons average above and some double Alcorn's average attendance.
THE Valley is averaging more than A Winning Alcorn. Why?
Grambling leads the 60% pack at 8k and they're on their 3rd coach this season. Had a losing streak and a feud between players & the administration. But they double Alcorn's, winning, attendance....
Pv is winning and they average below a terribly bad Grambling.
Over half the conference can't average at least 10k
Is this highschool?
Im sure every team is focused. Some are just better than others and I do NOT see us losing another game this year.
As far as attendance we had a thursday night game against sTu, a storm was threatening/happened the game against PB, and our homecoming game never happened against gram which would of definitely put us in the driver's seat (or at least close) for the highest attendance. The only good turnout was the Bama state game and still with all that going on we sit in 2nd. I expect for the alcorn game to put us back over the 20k mark (since our homecoming numbers didnt count)
Remember, it also rained at the Bama State-Jax. State game and also the ASU-GSU game. I'm pretty much sure both games would have had at least a couple of thousand more fans. If I'm not mistaking, there was several drops of rain also when PV came here.

(Thanks GR)
This wasn't rain. This was a monsoon.
