I agree. More people will show up that time of morning for high school basketball tournaments. That's because everybody want to see their children play and high schools normally let students out of school to attend the events.

Those Thurs, and Friday evening games are the highest attended. With the Lady Jags losing only 2 players from last year, im sure we will make it to the finish line. Our men, had about 3 or 4 redshirts. Our recruiting is going good. I just hope that NCAA ban don't hurt and hope the NCAA take care of this ish before recruiting.

The curtain over the upper deck really made that large arena feel much cozier. Houston is a GREAT place for this event, but now the Bama fans have the same complaint the Texas fans had when it was in Bama. I still believe the overall experience in Houston was a good one. I agree with Dahill, lets leave it in a spot for a while and allow it to grow.

I agree, let Texas run things for a while. They are sure off to a good start. This was one impressive Football and Basketball championship year with the best venues that one can ask for. I would like to see the SCG break 50,000. Now that would really be something. So that would be growing it by another 10,000 fans which in my opinion can happen. I believe the two highest attended games are B'ham 47K in 99 and Houston 40K in 2013 thus far. Those are STRONG numbers for FCS programs. I think we should take just a minute and celebrate for a banner championship year and be proud...........:tup:

If it don't snow again. JSU and SU was going to crack 45,000 or more. The ice storm kept a lot of people in Dallas away and this one lady who had a flight was on the verge of missing the game when her flight left Dallas at 9a and got to Houston at 11a. She thought it was going to be delayed because of the ice.

I've been saying this for a while now; once it left far east (Alabama) and come this way (Texas) now the Bama St. and A&M fans will be subjected to the distance.

we will just have to suck it up.... The conference is too spread out to pick one city that will satisfy everyone.
