Nobody mad here. Alcorn is clearly playing for their season from here on out. They did what a team is suppose to do, which is win. If anything this game was a wake up call to our team. The only team I'm worried is my own, it would be wise if you'd do the same with your team and their inconsistency

dude leave it alone. we have been playing 9-10 guys all year. when we played ya'll in jackson we dressed out 9 players and ya'll won by 3 or 4. maybe we still have a shot at bham so we can play the tigers one more time.

ok. i'm just trying to make sense of how the world-beaters "clearly the best team in the conference" got beat by the 10th place team at home. that's all. maybe there's some truth to what we've been saying after all... any team can beat any team. lol. i guess alcorn made yall believers tonight. good luck against spivery monday. *snicker*
 
SU must just have problems... Pettaway tried everything in his power to GIVE SU the game tonight... they just didnt want to take it.

Gladness is starting to become AAMU's MVP... he had 12 points, 19 rebounds and 5 blocks

So now you just opening on SU's jock next? What a shame. At first y'all talk about winning the Regular Season Championship, last week say y'all don't care about it, and now apparently you do. But oh well, carry on.

dude... clearly i could care less who wins the regular season title. it's not easy having the whole conference hate you anyway, we need to let someone else winin SOMETHING. lol. Sh*t we bout to even win BOWLING. lol:lmao:. Don't get all bent outta shape cause you bent over for DIV. I HAVE NOTS. It's all in fun, it's just an example of how this season has gone. Its not fair for anyone to smack each other in basketball... simply because ALL OF US ARE SORRY..... Womens basketball in the SWAC is light years ahead of mens... we need to start having the men play first and the women second.

I wish I could coach SU girls for one season... I dont even think PV would uck with us. Those girls got talent. They were more talented at every posistion than AAMU except point guard, but it seemed as if Pugh was confused. SU had a CLEAR height advantage over AAMU... we had 5'10 players trying to stick 6'4 players... but I didnt feel as if SU was taking advantage of that.

I know right. Drieka led with SU 17 points, and Freda Allen had a double double and continues to be a rebounding force.

Direka was a beast... I was surprised when I looked at the stats and she just had 17 points... Being at the game you would have figured she had 30. Whenever she got a shot off she was unstopable... but there were MANY turnovers caused by trying to force the ball to her. Now Drieka has ZERO defense... our 5'10 post players were killed her in the post. She is slow on defense.

SU clearly has the most talent in the conference. At times I have no idea what Pugh is doing. SU also has a player, freshmen at that, that is almost unstoppable. I wish Pugh would turn her loose :retard: .

If you are talking about Freda then she can SHOOT the 3 and dribble down the court. Coach Pugh doesn't let her.
 
LEAVE THE MEN LAST....SWAC tried that for everyone based on what GSU drew in the 90s with the women playing last and it flopped....

she was in much better shape than she was last year.. last year she couldnt stay in the game longer than 5 minutes.... tonight she only came out because of foul trouble.

btw was attendance down on the night games tonight? This may have been the most empty I ever seen Elmore for a conference game. Nothing but alumni and older folks at the game.. hardly any students. I wonder if it was because of the Memphis and UT game. SU usually has alot of supporters at the game... It was maybe 6 SU fans at the game tonight.
