Supreme Court posed to strike down Gun Bans

Storeowner in Vicksburg that 2 Houston gangbangers tried to rob, started fightingthem, gave car chase, shot it out with the robbers, and the police found one dead at the bottom of a highway overpass this past weekend.
The store owner shot and killed the guy robbing and shooting at him with an assault rifle
A week later, no charges have been filed or will be filed against the storeowner.

PLUS the storeowner don't have to worry about these 2 anymore.
One is dead and the other is on the run with his photo all over the news.

Houston man wanted in connection with robbery

Stewart says Flores and another man allegedly robbed the store last Thursday before being chased down and one of them killed by the store owner. The body of 25-year-old Jose Arenas of San Elizario, Texas, was found the next day below an Interstate 20 overpass

GOOD STORE OWNER!!!

I believe that everybody (of LEGAL AGE) has the right to use a firearm to protect themselves, their family and their property (if that kind of force is necessary). But truth be told, there are some trigger happy nutts out there, who will shoot for the silliest reasons...and there are some sane folks who are on edge all the time and can get trigger happy if pushed in the smallest way.

This is a double edged sword...but I'm not against it at all. I'm thinking about getting a gun myself, for me and my family's life and safety. Property can come and go. But preservation of my family's life, as well as my own is very important.

I just hope getting a gun license isn't like getting a driver's license. Cause lawd knows some people get their licenses out of cracker jack bottles. Everybody don't need to have no gun.
