At your place of employment...there will be an Associate Director's position opening within the next month. Your office is 99.9% African American. Your director is white. There is a rumor that you have a good chance of obtaining that postion. Your director calls you in the office one day and mention that he will be out of town for the next two weeks. He has a problem with people coming in late or not coming in at all. While he is away, he know the problem will elevate. He wants you to keep an eye on this problem and report to him who is late or did not show for work. He then ends by saying that he greatly appreciates it and you will not be disappointed when he comes back and gives you the look. The look where he is saying that you be the tattletale, the position is yours look. What do you do? What would you do?
