Superbowl Pick?

Denver better be glad the media is talking about Sherman and not that preseason game.

PRESEASON GAME? WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A PRESEASON GAME? That means jackschinick for the Super Bowl. Neither team is even close to be the same as they were in the Preseason. But I do agree with your comments about the game being decided by Seattle's Offense and Denver's Defense.....although I still have to go with THE MANNINGS on this one.

Seattle. They will be able to pressure Manning and limit big plays.
Seattle's front 4 gets pressure without much blitzing. That makes it so easy for the LBs and DBs to do their jobs. That defense is fierce and will cause the Broncos problems. But Seattle's offense is atrocious.

Still picking Seattle. Barely.

Seattle 8 man front is strong but not the front 4. The niners had the best front 4 this season. Can the Seahawks cover all the weapons Denver has and will Manning miss wide open TE and Slot receivers over the middle. Seattle leaves that ish open with all the 8 men in the box stuff...

No dog in this one but if the weather is bad. Seattle..If its cold but clear. Denver

Yall have not said one word about the turrible (Charles barkley voice) seattle offense... besides that beast of a man lynch, tate, and Wilson who do they have?

Yeah this is going to come down to the mindset of Peyton in this game. The Niners had chances to put Seattle away. Now the one thing is, Peyton will not hurt Seattle with his legs like Kap did. So when the rush does get there. Peyton better had let the ball fly and hope he didn't throw it into harm's way. Peyton also will have to not worry about his legacy and put all the negative talk of him not winning enough SB's etc and not press. If he does, then they have a good shot. Also look for them to use them running backs Knowshon and Ball to try to slow down that Seattle front 7. You may hear Omaha Omaha a 100 times on Super Sunday.

On the flip side, Seattle has to run the ball effectively and they will have to make some plays with Russell Wilson legs and some with his arm. They can not get into a shootout with Peyton nor can they put their defense back on the field too much. No matter how great your Defense is. Your offense will need to help some with clock management. Lynch needs to have a big game. Denver's defense played San Diego and New England tough. But neither has a back like Lynch. He can mash. Best way of beating Peyton is keeping his arse off the field. Or knocking him out the game. I got Seattle in this because normally the best defense wins these type of games because they keep it close. But it would not shock me if Peyton pulls this thing out if he has the ball last.
