Fiyah, let's lock this thread now too. All relevant opinions have been stated. I can sense the turn coming.

Let them smack. It just proves our point to all them folks who said we did our former AD wrong. Just saying.

Compliance issues can't be put all on the AD, there are other folks that are suppose to be doing their job to keep teams and students in compliance.

Ok let me educate the unsmart guy AGAIN. ( I never intend to disappoint)

1) The reason that it was kept a secret is because it would have hurt recruiting ( where's the flashlight icon when you need it?)

2) This isn't a NCAA violation in terms of cheating

You just kept showing the world just how unsmart you are.

Cheating or not, there would still be sanctions. Now you keep smacking on the sportsboard, I can REALLY bring out the big guns bruh.

Exactly. The former AD isn't to be blamed for all the incompetence by the other departments involved. Some su folks always want to keep kicking LeFleur while he's already been downed time and time again.
It's time the CURRENT administration take some responsibility as well.

Cosigning on this one ... Soon this will be on the smack board with pics and what not.

This is massive news. Why close a thread on such? You take the good with the bad like other schools have had to do.
I do know threads were eight pages and counting when one school got banned for two years, yet we didn't grovel asking that threads be closed.
You guys are trying to ban freedom of speech because it might hurt your feelings? Surely your ego and pride has to be stronger than this.
Besides, you've covered this up for damn near 90 days when you should've posted it yourselves just to get it out in the open and over with. Now the cat's out of the bag.

Nothing to do with hurt feelings. Just the recent trend of threads, no matter what on the Sports Board, get dragged down by smack. No cover-ups here.

SMACK? Is this your feeble attempt to circumvent the dumbisht you're about to say?

As for the big guns comment from what I heard it's more like a popgun.

With blanks....

Who said it was about compliance?

Anyhow it's the AD's job to make sure that he follow up in all departments as a check and balance that everything is in order and if it's not find out why and go to the appropriate person to fix it.
(kind of like what our current athletic director is doing now)

It's on record of Tony Clayton telling him about his concern that everything that the NCAA was asking for was being address. He assured him that it was and that he had it under control and that's pretty much verbatim what he said.

That's because you were all in your feelings about losing to SU.

True, but... if the AD is not spot checking, he can be held accountable too. It's his job to make sure that things like this don't happen and everything compliance does is up to par. He(LaFleur) was incompetent to begin with, but that's another story and another set of threads.
