SU APR Situation

I would like to say thank you to J4L for actually answering my questions.

I see the usual SU posters are here about to mess up my good thread :smh: Let's see...we had 3 good pages of no mess until they showed up.

Anyhoo...I read the articles in the other threads and then I also read the comments by everyone (SU and non-SU) that contradicted each other and what was said in the article...so I decided to ask.

I am sure there is penalty for speaking out. Even with the APR issue, she couldn't say anything. I am not even sure if she spoke about the GSU issue but she was very vocal with the alumni.
..and she has class. She knows how to handle things and it's not through the media.

I mean speaking out within the council. Raising hell during their meetings. Getting folks on her side. You know the drill.

Yall kill me playing dumb when ish flips on yall...like now all of a sudden you do not know what we are talking about lol ok. You do not have the answers SU

Reading is fundamental. Several SU folks have told the board it is not CURRENT APR stuff. But some refuse to read that. The articles clearly state what years they are looking at and J4L and others answered it. The ultimate answer is NOT BACK from the NCAA. That is all that is left. Whether they are happy or not with the paperwork. Once they make their ruling then the BOARD here will know because it will be news in The Advocate and surely there will be an official announcement from the SWAC office as well. Don't know why yall can't wait on the NCAA to make their ruling. Nothing else for SU folks to say until it happens. The questions that should be asked is what your President agreed to with the rest of the Council concerning allowing banned by the NCAA teams to compete in the basketball tourney. Each President and Chancellor should be able to answer that right NOW and Duer can too.

Like we said in another thread. We will see everyone in Houston.

i avoided from posting this one, but since someone wanted to strud their power. this whole thing is not that serious to me. i'm just bored. i was actually thinking SU might ber able to make a splash. oh well...
self-inflicted wounds....

We made our splash last year. If we get the opportunity, maybe we can do it again. A favorable ruling does not guarantee that we will win the tourney and push a number 1 seed to the brink or win. One thing for sure. SU basketball is back and this team will be even better next season.

^^ and that's my expectation for this year, if yall get. it should be more than a splash. after that, i'm not sure...
