Nationally, there will be some love for Hebert, Payne and Berry.

They were also on the Football Gameplan FCS Preaseason All-America. Should be on a combination of other preseason lists before the season begins.

He and A&T's Tarik Cohen might be the two most dangerous running backs in the MEAC and SWAC...maybe all of FCS

Darryan Ragsdale from Alcorn State University is a highlight reel waiting to happen. Willie Quinn of Southern University should be on every preseason watch list. Daniel Williams from Jackson State should definitely be a preseason all american.

College football is a business first and foremost. The majority of the time it makes absolutely no sense to play these teams, because the majority of our fans don't care to play them. But they will get excited for a lower tier regional FBS school, which will give a excellent, in SU's case, guaranteed pay day. SU won't clear $350,000 playing non of those teams in the top 25.

Quinn's dad played basketball and was a All-American at Southern University -New Orleans. Our assistant AD was his coach. I think they keep in touch. Some how Stump went to MIA and got him to sign. He had all kind of D-1 offers.

Hebert only played 10 games compared to 13 for Quinn. How do those sour grapes taste?

Nobody complained about any of the other players on the list just the PV player. Hebert got some carries, but not the amount he could have, he shared a lot of carries with Ham, Lockett.

Ain't nobody discounting Hebert. He is a hell of a player and deserves to be a all American . IMO Willie is more explosive. SU has multiple playmakers, so no Willie wasn't going to have as many touches, but if you look at the numbers, he was more explosive.

Now you figure out who had the higher yards per touch and that will let you know who was the most explosive. You know what, I will do it lol. Willie averaged 17.6 yards per touch. Hebert averaged 9.6 yards per touch. I know yall have different math at PV but who is the most explosive.

See my post above. Amount of games has nothing to do with nothing. It's the amount of touches and their yards per play that matters. Willie averaged 8 yards per play more.
