Starting on Intership since yesterday......

Im just starting doing an Intership up in the Richwood City Hall. Working in the office and helpin the Mayor of Richwood out with some paper work. And also taking care of people with bills for "Entergy"(Light Bill). Its laid back and very easy..... no doubt!!! And loving it also.....

All im doing is sitting down answerin the phone and playing card games on the computer for like 7 hours. And its very peacefull. Take ya own break if you wanted to and all of that there. But its a very good start on my intership for 6 week.... and loving every dang bit of it too.....

Congrads on your "intership"! Dont play cards too long. You dont want them to think that you dont have any work to do and they start to make up work for you.
 
Congrat to ya! Interships are pretty laid back, so have fun! Now you can be like us and be on this thing all dang on day!:dizzy:

Work hard and smart and don't be surprise that someone can tell you everything you didn't do during the 7 hours. Be impressive and creative during your internship because jobs are hard to get these days.
 
Great. Make us proud and let this lead to a permanent full-time position when you graduate. If not that then at least get some good references out of it to add to your resume'.


Hey are you still at El Chico's too, in the evenings?

I was watching Captain Kirk on the Intership last night. He told the Klingons they better stay off of Ceta Alpha 4.

I am glad to hear a HBCU student in an internship. I tried to tell some of my classmates, but some of them where hardheaded. I managed to get a co-op during my last year of school which lead to a permanent position with the company I now work for. I have been working at the same place going on four years now and getting paid quite well I might add.:nod:

Man, forget El chicos. You need to move to Texas and get a job at Popeyes. They have a good one right here on Richmond Ave and Tanglewilde. Just outside the night club district.
