DSN, you don't kill a man for starting a gaing. Who knew in the early 70's that the crips and bloods would become a gang fraternity.

Did I say Kill Him for starting a Gang???? Man yall try to read too deep but fail to hit the surface....KILL HIM FOR HIS CRIME....not only did he commit MURDER...his crime is also against SOCIETY.

That being said....why hasn't Fraternities and Sororities started to sell drugs and murder people? Yes there have been fatalities but how many of those individuals who dies had a gun to their head?

KB, they have evidence. Trust. If they can get evidence on a routine traffic stop, then why dont they have evidence on some gang leaders? Like I said earlier, they went after Tookie just to make an example of him. Just like they did Huey Newton and Bobby Seale.

Dude just asking before I go off...you are not comparring Huey Newton and Bobby Seale to Tookie....these were two different movements with two very different realities.

Sweetman, you are missing the point. The point was if THEY wanted evidence against some gang bangers, then they would have it. They wanted Tookie to make an example of him and they got him and let loose the rest. That's the point. And you talk about failing to hit the surface?
 
Black, what you are suggesting reminds me of a lynch mob mentality. "Just round all the gang bangers up and kill them all. We don't really know who they killed, or when they killed them, but hell, they are in a gang so kill them all... We'll find something to accuse them of."

No, neva that CD. What Im saying is that I believe that the powers that be had a plan for Tookie all along. They had devised a stage that they were going to set once he slipped up. Why didnt they have this stage set up for other original gang members? Is it because they figured that if they could cut the head off that the body would die?
 
This society is going to hell. You can't justify death by taking another persons life. I say keep him in prison. If there's enough evidence to prove that the his previous case was a mistrial than they should have another one. I expect a riot to bring out in L.A real soon.

Can you substantiate these allegations? Do you know anything about what happen to witnesses in this case prior to the trial? Do you know anything about the jury tampering? Is he on death row for starting a gang/"murdering armagedon? Exactly who did he give orders to execute and when? Is his works with children not to be praised? Could it be that the NAACP as well as Jessie Jackson is on the right side of this situation?

If you can't answer these questions you are aspiring to murder someone without facts.

Your contention not mines..........Please answer the questions. If you can't then you have made a decision to endorse murder without facts. By the way did the "guv-ment" tell you that weapons of mass destruction existed in Iraq? Do you know anything about the "guv-ment" cointel programs; if so please share? Do we trust in god or the "guv-ment?" New questions please answer these also.
