A lot of folks aren't using condoms, Sonny but that's not just the issue w/the DL brothers.

Most of these men are married...most women don't feel they need to use condoms with their husbands. At least, that's how it should be.

and also....You shouldnt be sleeping around on your wife/girlfriend, husband/boyfriend. That should be the most important part.

Alot of people seem to be making reference that the only way to get HIV/AIDS is if DL men are sleeping with women.

What about the women that sleeps with countless men and vice versa?

That's what I'm saying...most women don't feel the need to use condoms w/their husbands. I was making that same point that married folks shouldn't have to wrap it up w/one another. Now, if you're having an outside affair then you should most definitely be using protection w/whomever. We all know folks ain't faithful, so I'm just keeping it real.

Cool. I find both equally gross but I tend to hear more people talk about the "DL brothas" but I'm willing to bet that there are just as many "DL sistas" out there. That side isn't talked about much though.

Well, probably b/c more women are getting infected w/HIV due to the DL brothers. I'm assuming men spread it easier. I don't know...all I know is that since I date MEN, that's who I talk about.

You are probably right. There's a guy I went to school with and I thought he was gay, but he ALWAYS had a girlfriend. A fine one at that. Dude is married w/kids, but till this day, I still feel like he maybe on the DL.

The same way we continue to like any and everything else that we do... but not dealing with it in a manner that can effectively bring about change in the behavior....
