The SWAC should use Southern and Grambling and the Bayou Classic as a means of leveraging a nice incentive package from New Orleans. Cities like New Orleans and Houston already have in place the mechanisms to generate huge tourist dollars. These are big sport/convention cities. If one would have noticed the New Orleans advertisement during the Bayou Classic, it was mainly about its tourist industry and how it ties into its popular restaurants. We need to learn how to funnel some of that money back into our universities. And with Democatic Governor John bel Edwards in office, who is pro-higher education, now might be a good time to do such, since the Superdome is owned by the State of Louisiana along with the Convention Center.

Fuck New Orleans! Ole country cajun racist white folk! That racist klan cop kicked us out the Superdome yesterday and flashed his flashlight on us like we were criminals! Talking about " We gotta go" with his flashlight on us. All we were doing was looking at the JUKEBOX march out. SMH

Come on man!!! Flashing flashlights as a means to get people to exit the dome is not something to fuss about. In some places, they probably would have started knocking heads. LOL!!!

People must have short terms memories of this plus the stories that usually leak out every year about white people hating black visitors to New Orleans and choose to stay out of the city for the weekend and racist white employees of restaurants and other establishments in the city don't care to serve or be around that many black people.

NO might be a black city but it still is controlled by racist white people

Move the offices to Houston or Jackson. People are so hard against giving Jackson a try but don't mind giving New Orleans a try. I mean I know the benefits of NO but I would rather let Jackson try it since there is a institution in the city that would support it fully

You mean rude??? Insubordinate is when someone disobey an order given by someone with higher rank. In Birmingham, the cops shot and killed an innocent Black man in the mall who was also a U.S. Army soldier. I guess Trump and the NRA support good guys with a gun who indiscriminately kill people at random, because two fools decided to have a shoot out.

I'm sure you are going to say Houston doesn't have any gun loving rednecks. Didn't the KKK show up at Houston's NAACP office with guns??? Imagine them doing the same at the SWAC HQ. All they see is a bunch liberal Black folks with a little money occupying a building.
 
We need to look at the returns on our money more than anything else. Complaining about stuff that happens all over this country is putting us back in the crab in the barrel syndrome.
 
I think McClellan moving the game to the highest seeded team’s campus is a great idea and we should keep the concept. Alcorn potentially could earned $1.5 to $2m if they make it to The Celebration Bowl.

What's the MEAC got to do with folks not wanting southern to win the SCG? Nothing. Maybe some folks just want the BEST representative from the SWAC to go. Yall ever thought about that?

This will probably be the lowest attended SCG game ever due to Alcorn's stadium size. I think 23,000 is the lowest attended SCG game. Still should be an exciting game though.

This game will sell out. It will look great on TV comapred to a 25% full Legion Field or NRG Stadium

Aint nobody going to that, should have had in BR. Plus nobody wants to see a Alcorn vs A&T match-up in ATL. sorry

It's all over FB. Nobody not going to that game if this happens.
