Travel, man. From one coast to another coast? That's horrific, IMO and we've experienced that once already and saw the lull and outcome of it. :read:

If the deal w/ the Los Angeles classic goes (which it will from what I was told :read: ), that's quite a bit of probable travel for our team.

Gotcha. I had forgotten about the L.A. trip. Yeah that is a bit much. Coast to Coast aint no joke especially early in the year.

They put out a tentative 2010 schedule at the presser with the board. Southern's slated to be in the SWAC/MEAC Challenge Sept. 4.

OK I thought something had changed because they inform us of that last year and seeing that it's one of those ESPN games I didn't see it changing.

So did they name the opponent?

Not to hijack this thread, but sounds like PV's into strategic scheduling (AGAIN):lol:

Biggs, we're not "Grambling." :retard: Playing a fball game on one coast (literally) followed up by another w/in another probable 2-3 weeks on another coast? Get real.

it also helps that the head honcho of that game is an SU alum and former dancing doll

who is that honcho? lol

:topic: My brother lives in Miami and I know that fool will ride up just to tailgate. When we played BCC in Duval County, he rode up 95 and set up shop at the stadium...

It's a nice atmosphere in Orlando, enjoyed it there for the Meac Swac challenge. Though it rained a little. Now if FAMU or Cookman was in the game, it would be more highly attended.

Why is he called Stump?

Something about him being short and tough as a tree stump back in his hometown.

You should ask him MD when we play yall or you see him at the SWAC Coaches deal in August. He is one of your Omega frat bros.:D

Being Frat and short may get him more years than Bell. Is he taller than GR?
