Dude, I give credit to the GREAT Eddie Robinson. Yall were blessed to have him during that time, but it's time to move on and quit living off of JUST Eddie Robinson. Hell, if you are such an "icon", WIN ONE, not two, just ONE Commish Cup.:emlaugh: That's it, you can't.
Ummmmmmm bruh is it really that important to win a COMM CUP?????? Is their money that comes with it or something....
It's about winning Championships Trophy and not a damn Comm cup.... Bruh I see why folks make a FOOL of you all the time...:shame::shame::shame::shame:
Why you divertin to OTHER folks, when one person, albeit unintentional, just made a fool of you?
The Commish Cup shows and PROVES that ones sports programs are competitive and that emphasis is put on ALL sports, not just one or two....for Grambling, just football and maybe track.
Hope that helps.l
Not true... we have been to the championship round in soccer, softball, and tennis. Prior to recent downturns, our women's basketball was very competitive and not long ago we were even dominant.

You beginning to sound like SU folks.
If not for football, Grambling wouldn't be jack. A TRUE one trick pony if I ever saw one.:lol:

The more school's that are competitive, the better the Conference!
Only JSU/GSU/BAMA ST & PV are considered Competitive across the boards now days.
*SU is still in a slump. They are now borderline...
Grambling had a TV show based on
An overweight QB's addiction to food
A white college dropout
and a Cat fight in the drumline.
They were better off with the 1 minute tampax commercial.
:lol::lol::lol::lol: OKmb and gud
you can thank tgo later
Gayrob you JSU folks need to get on one accord andmake up your mind, one day we're one trick pony then just on yesterday quoted by one of your own:
A one trick pony is in 2nd place so far in the commish standings and won championships during the fall and spring, so your logic doesn't sound right dumb azz! Stop that evil shat bruh!
P.S. This thread has backfired and hijacked, might as well close it!:lol::lol:
Lets see...
Gramling is no different from their ghetto, swamp breed, gold teeth wearing, 2x4 "swangin" Cousins from the Bayou....:vomit:
They recently had a Gun Raid on Campus... where "tokens" were found in the dorms.
![]()
Also, had a few guys pull guns out in the computer lab... students ran off leaving cellphones, jump drives, text books and everything in fear of their lives.
... sad thing about it: the University didn't inform the other students on campus about it. :shame: Outrage!
Talking about reliving Tigerfest 2008 ALL over again!
this from fans of a school whose football player robbed the bank wearing his jersey with school id attached... now that was in the paper. Still don't believe me... Ok, it was written by a white guy. (that should do it)
GR...you're welcome. now how's that nutri-system thing going for Rick. He can't coach worth a shiit but maybe he can improve his image. Fat, greasy moouth, crumbs on the shirt. I thought you hated Geechies?
NO denial from MB or that usa paper dude, so it MUST be true. Dammit, how could you MB??!! SURELY you didn't think yall could keep this under wraps. Even ole paper dude didn't write about it.
Guns on campus by multiple students IN a computer lab??!! And not one PEEP outta you guys while you busy smacking other folks campus life??!!:shame::shame:
I don't refute rumors...no need. If it's true tell your paper boy to post a link. He does know what a link is huh? I hope he doesn't think I mean a hotdog link. Mention links and spam to yall JSU folk and yall don't think folks talking bout tailgate food....er, Mississippi tailgate food.
I'll do it for him...

Gunman at Grambling State University confirmed
By Ben Wolf - bio|email
GRAMBLING, LA (KSLA) - The search is on for a Grambling State University student who allegedly pulled a gun on another student Tuesday afternoon, leaving many people on campus wondering why they weren't alerted by text message about the incident.
"If I happen to get shot, that's my life plus my career gone," said GSU freshman Sherree Jarvis. Campus officials say it started shortly after 2:30pm with a "scuffle" between two male students in the Jacob T. Stewart business administration building. Within minutes, they say one of those students left, only to return and pull a gun on the other.
No shots were fired and no one was injured in the incident, but many questions have been raised from members of the student body as to why the university didn't alert them about the gunman. "I feel like they should have to alert the students that someone is around campus carrying a firearm. Anything can happen," said GSU senior Avin Brinson. "Because I need to feel safe on my campus and that security system should alert me," said GSU senior Irene Che.
Campus officials say the argument was between two people and they secured the building within minutes after the gunman ran away on foot. Media relations director Byron McCauley says GSU follows a federal law enforcement model in these situations, but claims the text message alerts weren't necessary in this particular case. "It was confirmed that the person that brandished the weapon was already off campus, so there wasn't the need to follow that protocol," he said.......
