Job Description
360 Media, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Manager with 2-3 years of experience. In this position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for all social media campaigns as they pertain to 360 Media and clientele. Candidate will work on accounts consisting of entertainment, lifestyle, culinary and hospitality clients and should possess good writing skills, knowledge of basic html coding, social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Foursquare, Flickr, Instagram, Tumblr, etc. Candidate should be familiar with creating and launching social promotions, advertising and contesting platforms (Wildfire, Klout, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads etc.). They should also be keeping up with current and future trends of social media. Knowledge of WordPress and photo editing software such as Photoshop is also a plus. 360 Media’s Social Media Manager will also be responsible for reporting and analysis across platforms, competitors and campaigns and must possess excellent organizational skills.



Candidates must have previous working experience in social media; ideal candidates will also have experience in effectively managing multiple clients, goals, priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment and will have the ability to effectively manage others. The Social Media Manager will participate in meetings related to existing projects and new business and will be expected to lead conversation as it relates to social media needs, strategy etc. This position will communicate directly with clients and will report directly to the President, so strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.



The Social Media Manager must be a creative, results-driven individual who likes to think out of the box, is resourceful and highly motivated and has a thorough understanding of the social media environment, how it works, who’s important, and how to leverage it for the benefit of the agency and clients. Ability to create plans for listening, managing and responding to conversations in social media is also a must. In addition, the ideal candidate is a forward-thinking individual always on the cusp of new social media trends or innovations and has the ability to understand, effectively use and explain social media platforms and social media marketing and optimization.
