That's all fine and dandy for an opinion but base on fact THE PRESIDENTS of each school unanimously voted for this 3 years ago and there is nothing in the NCAA regulations that requires a conference to do otherwise.
Now if this was a concern three years ago when it was first brought up people might have a slight leg to stand on for complaining but regardless THE PRESIDENTS of each school unanimously voted for it. As for it having to be explain to the entire nation why the conference champion could not play in the Celebration Bowl don't kid yourself into thinking the entire nation cares .
At the end of the day it ain't rocket science it's called probation. Believe it or not it's not a new concept to the ncaa world or its fans.
In actuality, its called stupid. If a team can not advance why allow participation. Regardless of who it is. That's like having a charged up 2016 Corvette for a street race but use a broken Ford Pinto because you didn't want to put the gas in the Corvette and you have the money. What damn sense do it make?
