In actuality, its called stupid. If a team can not advance why allow participation. Regardless of who it is. That's like having a charged up 2016 Corvette for a street race but use a broken Ford Pinto because you didn't want to put the gas in the Corvette and you have the money. What damn sense do it make?

Nah the swac isn't doing anything differently than the rest of D1 in the country . That's just an idea made up by a few on this board because they don't like who might be in the SCG. Like right wing conservative they make up stuff as it goes to rationalize their behavior .

Out of tthe 34 D1 conference name how many that does it any differently?

Well if it's no different than the rest, Good Luck on the rest of the season and represent us well if you win SWAC and go on to play in the Celebration Bowl. I mean that's what the rest of D1 champs do in the country. They win and advance to a bowl game this time of year. Luckily we now have a Bowl game to look forward to for our conference champs.

Name one that's on probation that does. Name how many D1 conferences that does it any differently. I'll even help you out with a list.

So yes you can win the SWAC but there will be no Atlanta. The Celebration Bowl is sanctioned by the NCAA as a Postseason game. Soooooo, everyone is wondering why let you play if you can't go anywhere afterwards.

I look at you as a pretty smart fellow, some of these things should not have to be said just because you wanna post things today. But I do enjoy it.


Now get back on topic talking about how bad the SWAC EAST is right now.

You still can't seem to be able to grasp that you're answering your own question. THE SCG IS A REGULAR SEASON GAME and 3...4...5....50 guys in a sports forum getting in their feelings don't equate to people wanting to know. It equates to grown men being unable to accept a possible situation because they are in they feelings and trying to pass it off as concern for the conference .

It's a bowl game and it's not nearly the first time that a conference champion hasn't been able to compete because of ncaa sanction if it happens so let's stop that lie in it's track. If you don't like it the way to resolve it is to get your weight up and beat them.

Just like all these post about who was out and hurt now because your team loss but not one mention of SU having loss half their starters and going without spring training for two years and limited fall practice because of apr after you beat them once or twice by any of these concern citizens .

So pardon me if IDGAS

In closing I'll just say this. I think ANY SCHOOL that is participating and has gone through and still enduring what I just mention above deserves to represent their division at the end of the year. Because clearly if you can't beat a schools dealing with all those issues working against them you aren't worthy too.

BTW I notice nobody has a concern or problem with said school playing the other regular games and bringing their dollars to their respective town.

Also you are not ONLY on probation, you are BANNED from postseason play. So please dont just say "on probation" add "banned from postseason play" as well.

Damn Auburn went undefeated and didn't play in the conference championship or bowl game because they were banned like you. Didn't Ohio State just miss out on a title because they were banned like you? UCONN men basketball couldn't play in the NCAA tournament because they were banned like you. Louisville men basketball could not play in the tournament because they were banned like you. USC couldn't go to a bowl game because they were banned like you. And when I say "banned like you", its banned from postseason play not the infractions. None of these teams played in conference championship events.

What FACT have you shown it to be because of conference policy and not schools policy or self action because of the nature of the violations ?

Let's say it is the conference policy. How many would that be out of a number of 34? 1....2.....3..maybe?


Having agreed to everything that you're claiming without even challenging it. No rational thinking person would see that as some overwhelming evidence as a policy trend that the ncaa population at large adhere too.

Now you're 1,000 % right about your post and still have proven anything. Even after not even being challenge on it.

What gets me is everybody acts as if the East was full of world beaters the last two years. All the other teams have been down, Alcorn has just had the better record. So with that said the champs for the last two years is this same school FROM THE EAST! So each year we won the SWAC title by default let you tell it. Cause this has been the same case in each year.

Alcorn lost to Southern, Grambling, PV, and Pine Bluff. Wow!! And clinch a berth to the championship! East is weak!!
