A&M was far and away the strongest team in the tournament.

Everything about the tourney is setup in favor of the Alabama teams to make it to the final dance.
How are things "setup in favor of" certain teams to make it?

Seedings and brackets are set, with NO regards for any particular teams.

DaHill and Mike, we beat A&M on their home court. A&M beat us on our home court. Mike knows y'all had a lot of help from the refs in Houston.

Our ineligible player didn't play against A&M!

and.... UAPB beat us TWICE... JSU beat us a week ago.... and we kicked both of their asses. ..... Texas SO would have been another victim.

I've seen quite a few SWAC games and officials....certain officials don't like certain coaches....that is a proven fact. Certain officials like certain coaches and on their home court, they take care of them. (JSU shooting double bonus with 15 minutes)..I know when we get that hispanic official and the female official, we're in bad shape.

Mike...last year you were killed down low...no fouls could save that.

as for the seeding NT is talking about..however they split the 3-way tie last year was not against the rules and this year it followed the rules. One coach called the SWAC out on that and it could've possibly put ASU on the same side of the bracket as AAMU.

NT said he wasn't talking about the seedings.
I don't recall the tiebreaker last year, but the rules were followed this year. And the rules they followed seemed very legit. It just happens that ASU had the best record among the teams involved in the tie and got the 2 seed.

you had to hear what happened.....but if you noticed..whereever the tourney is played, the teams who are closest seems to win

TSU only was the only non-Bama to win......ASU won 3-4 times I think in Birmingham.

TSU won in Houston I remember

when the tourney was in Baton Rouge...SU, ASU and JSU would get their fair share of wins.

Biloxi - JSU wins, SU in final

In Dallas....PV won it.....

it looks like proximity does play a factor..

stop CRYING.... It could have been on PV campus and you STILL would have got put out in the first round.

tbf,
it seems like you're grasping at straws now.

TSU only was the only non-Bama to win
Alcorn has won in Bham too.
That makes 4 different teams in the 5 years that it has been in Bham.

Bruh, you know dayum well that the refs was just evening out the crap they was calling. At the end of the game we just made our shots and your guys didn't! I guess you forgot about that, huh? All you could remember was the sound of us shaking our keys in the air!

TBF, how is PV close to Dallas? I can understand Texas Southern and Houston. I can understand jsu and Biloxi. I can even understand SU and jsu in BatonRouge. But, the PV and Dallas connection has me

Come on Mike, I know you saw the guard from A&M slide thru the paint and threw up the lay-up to send the game into overtime with no time on the clock. For some reason the refs didn't call traveling.

I just wanted to see if you were going to be a honest man. I see you look at A&M games with your A&M maroon glasses.

Beat me don't cheat me.

Mike, half of Prairie View's enrollment comes from Dallas or Fort Bend ISD (Willowridge HS). PV is known as South Dallas.

3 hour drive.....some of the greatest coaches in Dallas ISD History comes from PV...the coach in Friday night lights (Dallas Carter) is a PV grad....the coach who won the state title last weekend in 4A..PV grad...Dallas and PV goes a long way back....hence the state fair.

I only speak the truth...proximity plays a big part.
