Sim City 3000

Eeey chic!

My brohter's ovah in Korea...don't be blow'n nuff'n up ovah der!:swink: Try the punching bag. Knock something or someone out that close to you.:)

Ms. J4J, you gotta hook up with my daugther. She loves that game. Always telling me about the new utilities and buildings she's adding. I told her to figure out a way for me to get some of those things for free in the real world.

She also is a RollerCoaster Tycoon fanatic. Builds 'em, Kills 'em, and banks the profits.

I did the simcity 2000 awhile back and it can be addicted. My son does the rollar coster and helicopter sims. I've never run out of money, but when the natives turn on you for raising taxes it can get ugly.

:lmao: :lmao:

I have the game. Matter of fact, both of them. I could never build restrooms. I tried and tried, but to no avail. The customers where complaining and that darn clown I hired was not doing anything, but pissing the people off. He musta have been that clown that played on Poltergist.

Yep I have it. After many a failed city...I can finally say that mayor Jelli's city is striving and makeing money...so much so that my citizens have devoted a day to me.... but I can't seem to make a farmers district thrive though....

I also have all of "The Sims" games. Its equally as addicitive if not more. I had to wein myself... I was living vicariously thorugh my sim people.... :uhoh: :smh:

How do yo do it? Do you have the roller coast one? I tried the SIMS Family and it seemed all right after a couple of days, but I just gave up on them. They did not do anything exciting. Now, the rollercoaster one, I would like to know how to build restrooms and get more customers to come.

Ditto....to a point.:(

Well help me then! I don't save any of my games because I don't know how to do it yet. I'll try again tonight.

Yeah Jelli put herself in there with a husband and like 4 or 5 kids!!
Is that about right Jelli???;)

My husband took over my game. He stayed up until 2 AM.

He's created a thriving city...they have given him a city hall and a mayor's house... He is supposed to be playing football on playstation... :D

Well its been sometime since I played sim city 3000, I zone my residential districts small and when you edit you water the game should be paused. Also tried to the think of things that would make the sorrounding cities want to buy from me. Like I would zone a trash area. Then I would keep the police and other city services rates below the average. The only one I would never touch is the roads. I would raise taxes high the last couple of months then bring them back down.

No I aint got no kids yet....:lmao:Now how you gone call me out like that gurl. I could tell some of the names of your sims....;)

Well right now, I deleted Evansville..they fired me!

I made a new town called Mikema Town...It is thriving. I had an issue with the water several times. This area was dry and we had to import water....However, I run out of money too fast.....I had to tear down the casino, trash compost places and something else...they complained of crime and what not...then it rained....I did all this last night...

Hopefully today I will not get fired...If so...I'll delete Mikema Town and start over. :)

 Girl you got fired....I don't they ever fired me.
Now the casino bring in good revenue. Take at one small loan and make your zoning areas small. I check my bugdet frequently. I try to raise taxes until they complain.

Also try "The Sim's Date"........I played it a couple weeks ago at this girls house. At first I thought it'd be boring...I ended up playing for four hours and not even paying attention to the girl!!
The object of the game is to peruse different bars in hope of finding "the right mate".......You can make your profile, set your spperance, occupation, etc. You can even set your sexual preference.....I tried to holla at this girl and she turned me down!! Chick goes and grabs another broad and they walk up out that joint. I was like "WTF"!!! :goof: a Dude tried to holla at me too.....I was pretty pissed about that....when I found there wasn't a "kick his azz" option, I decided to quit while I was ahead.....;)

Sometimes.....it depends on what speed porcessor you have....ol' Girl had one of them Sony Vaio's........those P.c.'s are the bomb. The usual drag time was cut in half....when I was on the internet, the download time was no more that 2.5 seconds....literally.
The reason why it dragged at times is because I was playing the game and chatting with my friend at the same time......

I'm mad ya'll just started the "SIM" thing.......have any of ya'll played the original "Sim City". Came out back in the early 90's....had it on my Tandy (ol' skool) and on Super Nintendo....the SIMS today are quantum leaps ahead of how the game used to be........

Well I have a messly 433 processor.:redhot: Yeah I played the original 3000 is way better than the original and 2000.
