Not necessarily...this has only been a problem with jeans for me. I go to a store in Georgetown for my suits and it's an Italian store, their suits always have worked out perfectly for me. Quite frankly the only stores that clothes actually go by sizes is the Gap; and their jeans look and have the cheapness feel to me.

Well dammit, just don't wear jeans! :splat:

Wear your suits to the club.......................... :swink:

I didn't even know Seven's were made for MEN...learn something new each day!
Apperently they do. And they fit men's hips and thighs a lot better than other brands....

I got some but they are loose fitting. They might be fake, though...lol. I got em from Dillard's for $28.

I guess I'm a cheap guy. Ain't no way in the world I would pay 80 bucks for some jeans.

I feel you, I used to be that way. I used to go to Express for Men (Formerly Structure) but they started going for the grungy look and that is unacceptable to me. They got some cool shirts, but after a few runs to the cleaners they end up being trashed. The collars of the shirts don't hold for a very long time even with collar stays.

DSN, those clothes are not made for black men.

or straight men.

Seven's for $28? hell, I paid $80 for mine.

W I was wondering the same thing...LOL...yesterday while I was looking a guy and his wife came to buy some and he was like I don't want those they have small stain on them...I was like pass em here. If they would have been my size I would have gone right up to the counter and asked for 20% off because of the stain.

There are two different brands. SEVEN FOR ALL MANKIND, and SEVEN. They sell SEVEN jeans at Dillard's for men. The woman at Northpark told me they didn't sell Seven For All Mankind jeans for men; they only sell the ones for women, and that's at certain stores.

The former are the more expensive ones. I tried a pair on once. The fit was great, but the length ... hell, I think they believe everyone is as tall as Trina and Kema or some isht, and I hate waiting to get my clothes altered before I can wear them.

Add me to the cheap list also. I am not paying more than $25.00 for a pair of jeans.

I had never heard of Seven jeans until DSN mentioned them on the board a month or so ago.

I almost bought a pair of jeans from Banana Republic for $128. The BEST DAMNED JEANS I'D ever tried.

Unfortunately, we can't wear jeans to work. That is the ONLY reason I didn't buy them.

Vinita try washing them in warm then drying them with light heat, this helped out the length for me because I hate my pants to drag the ground. From what I was told the waste area is made from pre-shrunk jean material and the legs are not....i think that's some BS but that's what I heard.

They are the best damn jeans I have ever worn, the funny part is I hate jeans. To me the feel more like slacks.
