I'm so happy that Scotty is doing so well in the league.I don't know if I'll vote for him for Rookie of the Year but he is one of the top Rookies.Anthony Thomas,Chris Chambers,Fred Smoot,Chris Wenkie,and Kevin Barlow are probably be the favorites.
