Salaries for Mississippi college presidents ballooned as pay for faculty, staff barely kept pace with inflation

Mississippi state government don't believe in higher education. If the state invested more into its colleges and universities ... the state wouldn't be last in every desirable category and first in every bad one.

Remember Republicans feel like higher education brainwashes people to become liberal but it really it encourages people to be critical thinkers which isn't good for the republican party ... they need dumb no thinking people to support their bad policies.

And even though black people make up over 40% of the state, they got no real power! None! It's scary the power dynamic in the blackest state ... whites control it all!

Foundation supplements used to comprise a significant chunk of presidential salaries at Mississippi's other public universities, too, but this year, IHL limited the additional amount that presidents at four out of the five schools can receive in foundation supplements to $5,000.
This is some bullshat. JSU need to work with DSU, Valley, Alcorn and MUW to get this clause removed.
