I don't understand the type of negroe who submits to the will of someone like saban and others @ those plantation schools. The ONLY thing worse than their submission is the fact that their parents/guardians sent them to those plantation schools full of mazza's descendants w/ their highest blessings.

He is saying the same exact thing that everybody in here says EVERY DAY…. And he has had the same stance from the beginning of the entire NIL talk. He has stated from the start he doesn’t have a problem with players getting paid… but an incoming freshman who hasn’t played one college football down shouldn’t be demanding All SEC 1st team money.

How is NIL hurting our schools? Players making big time NIL money were not going to FCS programs anyway.

I refuse to compare FCS programs to Power 4 programs. No one is stopping our supporters from offering the same NIL deals as the top FCS programs.

He's complaining because the Bama boosters were not willing to pay the same as the other top FBS programs. Hence, it became harder for him to win during his final years.

Until we get serious serious with NIL, we will continue to do JUCO for FBS schools to pluck away our best

Divert some of the sponsor money to a NIL fund for each individual school that can NOT be touched by academics

If we wanna offer at least $10k for each athlete in the revenue sports, that comes to over a million dollars
 
Just a thought: Don the Con could exert pressure on college presidents to make Saban head of the NCAA or to force those presidents to make changes, i.e. no nil money for freshmen. Dark money enters the picture again.

This! Bama's days are numbered along with the rest of the SEC (with the exception of the Texas schools, Florida, and Georgia). They cannot compete NIL wise with half of the Big 10 either

The issue is how many of our "supporters" even have the major NIL cash to throw around when they struggle to buy a season ticket (mostly by choice) -

Maybe if we name our team after a brunch restaurant or mega church we can get the real cash 😂

Seriously, we're developing kids when no one wanted them and they leave cause of $20k if that - hardly life changing money but to them it's money
