ROLL CALL....2007 Honda BTOB's....

From what I've heard and read, it couldn't get no worse than the showing by alabama state and pv, so why not let alcorn go? valley's another story though.

That's what the SWAC gets for sending "boys" to Atlanta to do the work of the BOOM!!
I could be wrong but, didn't Jackson go last year?

Actually I was being funny when I first made that statement.

PV and ASU shows were not bad........just a bit on the boring side and we (ASU) didn't get house until dem Honey Batches came out. :smh:

I'm very happy that ASU has been twice and PV three or four times, but it was a good run.....just ready to see some other bands get some exposure- even if it's Alcorn and/or Valley.

I would love to see UAPB & SU go next year.

PV had a good show, I just think the Honda folx have seen the drumline feature enough. At this Honda PV was PV worst enemy. Sometimes your reputation can be your downfall. Fans keep expecting more and more from you.

Alabama State & PVA&M are two of the best SWAC bands

The SWAC was represented well at the Honda 2007 BOTB :wavey:

THE BEST

Norfolk St Dayum!!!!!! they clearly had the best sound overall. A BEAST!! MMH came on right after Norfolk, my kids came close matching them on volume BUT the fullness Norfolk was unmatched by no one.I haven't heard a sound like that since the Summer Games(DCI) in Troy, Al.
Much props to all the bands

Gump st matched Norfolk's volume?

Yeah, last year everyone said the SWAC had the best showing (JSU and PV). I am not hearing great SWAC reviews this year. I hear the CIAA outdid the SWAC. :(

They have a powerful and balanced sound.

JSU has someone on staff in it's Music Department that can bring the powerful and balanced sound back to the "Sonic Boom", someone needs to make this person an offer to become JSU chief arranger, if he accepts the offer, supplement his salary (JSU Alumni where you at?) and return the ?Boom? to it?s rightful place in the Marching Band world.

And if you are talking about who I think you are........
You can forget it.....................

THose two.....DO NOT see eye-to-eye.....................

You have one person that always gives of his time after getting the SCREW job..

The other DOES NOT want HELP...DOES NOT listen to suggestions...ETC...

I am late with this. But could have PV's problem been their first performance in Atlanta? From what I heard then they got raves reviews the first year. It could be that people are expecting something bigger than what they did the first time.
