I totally agree. It just amazes me how we act like grown folks can't do what they want. I respect folks more who realize they don't want a serious relationship and don't want to lie to someone, than folks who lead people down a trial of lies and act like they wanna be in a relationship.

Nall I don't think that is what B was trying to convey bruh. See, B is ole skool. I respect that. See he is a father with daughters, so his view is coming from raising kids in the correct manner. He was just doing what good fathers do. They step in when they see something they don't like. Gotta respect that. If we had more men do this in the AA community the jail rates would go down.

Thank you...I'm glad another MAN responded to that. :rolleyes: That's why I prefaced my post with I can understand where folks are coming from...but bottom line people are going to do what they want to do, regardless.

I was about to say the same.. I really do wish you grown women start checking these wet behind the ear dudes for some of their dumb ass remarks... it hits harder when grown women tell them they need to grow up...

Im was a little confused about this whole thread.. I thought I was reading about some celebrity talking about a lot of men is attracted to her but really can't find a man that measures up..... I ain't know we had them like that on here... I know we have beautiful women on this board.... But I think any of yall let it go to your heads like such.. :retard:

No, young dudes don't respect grown women anymore...we get cussed out and get referred to as degrading names. It's best we (ME) be quiet cuz I'm not the nicest grown woman, ya know. :D

This is a grown azz lady. She ain't no little 16 or 17 year old kid. She just happens to like her relationship open.

Then, to start a new thread about her relationships and trying to give fatherly advice is totally uncalled for, again, this is a grown azz lady. No one can tell someone else how they going to feel down the road or want in life.

Maybe it is just how I was raised but I have never seen a man call a female out about her personal love life that wasn't a relative. That is a female's role. Folks don't log on to a message board to find a new mother or father.. :smh:

I think people define their own terms in open relationships. It doesn't necessarily mean that people are sleeping with everything that walks. :lol:

I think people should do what works for them and be with whomever is in line with their lifestyle.
I agree with Cee: I can respect a person who is open and honest about what he/she wants than someone who is in a relationship/dating and lying to the person/people he/she is seeing.

I think men in 2010 can't handle women being just like them in 2010. Sometimes it's easier to just do you, than do what everyone wants you to do. In a world where women get more education and make more money, it really is her world.
